Patton Oswalt Reveals His Wife's Cause of Death

Patton Oswalt finally has answers about the tragic death of his wife, crime writer Michelle McNamara, nearly a year after her passing.

The 47-year-old actor and comedian revealed that the coroner’s officials informed him that Michelle passed away from a combination of prescription medications and an undiagnosed heart condition.

“We learned today the combination of drugs in Michelle‘s system, along with a condition we were unaware of, proved lethal,” Danny explained to THR.

He went on to say that the blockages, combined with her taking the medications Adderall, Xanax and the pain medication fentanyl, lead to her untimely death.
