Lana Del Rey Says Her Radiohead Lawsuit Is Over!

Lana Del Rey says her lawsuit is apparently over!

The 32-year-old Lust For Life singer-songwriter revealed the news onstage while performing during Lollapalooza Sao Paulo 2018 at the Interlagos racetrack on Sunday (March 25_ in Sao Paulo, Brazil.

As previously reported, Lana said that Radiohead demanded 100% of the publishing for her song “Get Free” for sounding too much like their hit song “Creep,” which she was going to fight in court. Radiohead‘s spokespeople denied that they demanded 100% or issued a formal lawsuit, but did acknowledge that they wanted credit.

While Lana did not explicitly explain the results of the resolved dispute, she did say she’s now free to perform the song.

“I mean now that my lawsuit’s over, I guess I can sing that song any time I want, right?” she told the crowd during her performance.
