Paris Hilton and her fiance Chris Zylka will be signing a prenup before their upcoming wedding.

The couple confirmed the news while out together.

“Well, any gentleman [who] is about to marry a very wealthy, well-established businesswoman wouldn’t be a gentlemen to not bring up a prenup in the first place,” the 32-year-old The Leftovers actor told TMZ.

“So, yes, of course we’re going to have one,” he confirmed.

“It was something that was supposed to stay private but it’s OK,” Chris continued, and Paris then said, “We don’t need one…because we’ll be together forever.”

Last month, Paris lost her $2 million engagement ring while dancing, but luckily, it was recovered!
