Josh Henderson Speaks Out After He Was Found Innocent in Burglary Charges

Josh Henderson is breaking his silence after the burglary charges against him were dropped.

The 37-year-old actor, who most recently starred starred on E!’s The Arrangement, released a statement after his alibi cleared him after he was arrested last week on suspicion of robbing his neighbor.

“This has been an rough week for me. False accusations should never happen to anyone. Ever,” Josh said in a statement obtained by People. “I want to thank my friends and family for supporting me through this. I’m glad the truth is out and I can put this behind me.”

Josh‘s neighbors reportedly believed that Josh and two other men had broken into their apartment and stole $7,000 worth of jewelry.

Josh told police he was in his apartment the entire night – which was later confirmed by the surveillance video of his front door.
