Nina Dobrev Dresses Up as Billie Eilish at a Halloween Party!

Nina Dobrev makes a perfect Billie Eilish while stepping out for the 2019 Casamigos Halloween Party on Friday night (October 25) at a private residence in Beverly Hills, Calif.

The 30-year-old actress dyed the roots of her hair green, just like the young “Bad Guy” singer, and wore an orange outfit similar to one the singer has worn.
