Laura Harrier, Taylor Russell, & More Rising Stars Join 'Essence' at Black Women in Hollywood Luncheon

Laura Harrier, Taylor Russell, and KiKi Layne walk the carpet at the 2020 Essence Black Women in Hollywood Luncheon on Thursday (February 6) at the Four Seasons’ Beverly Wilshire Hotel in Beverly Hills, Calif.

Lots of rising stars in Hollywood were in attendance at the event, including Charlie’s Angels‘ Ella Balinska, Us‘ Shahadi Wright Joseph, Stranger Things‘ Priah Ferguson, Euphoria‘s Storm Reid, Star‘s Ryan Destiny, black-ish‘s Marsai Martin, mixed-ish‘s Arica Himmel, Little Fires Everywhere‘s Lexi Underwood, Snowfall‘s Damson Idris, and Broadway star Jeremy Pope.

Laura made a name for herself with Spider-Man: Homecoming and then starred in BlacKkKlansman. Taylor just had her big breakout with Waves. KiKi rose to fame with If Beale Street Could Talk.
