Trevor Noah Thinks Trump Could Make Comedians' Jobs a Little Harder: 'I'm Not Doing Much'

Trevor Noah makes an appearance on The Ellen DeGeneres Show, airing Monday (February 24), and opens up about having to cover President Trump on The Daily Show.

The 36-year-old comedian gets asked by Ellen if he thinks Trump being President is, ‘a good thing for comedy,’ which he disagreed with, revealing he thinks Trump could make comedians’ jobs harder.

“I would never think that Trump is good for us. If anything, I wish he would make us work a little bit harder, because now, as a comedian, I’m like, ‘He did this’,” Trevor tells Ellen. “People are like, ‘That’s crazy!’ And I’m like, ‘Yeah, and then he did this.’ I’m not doing much, I’m’ just showing you what he did’.”

Trevor Noah also tells Ellen a hilarious story about how he trained with intense tennis coaches to play with Rafael Nadal in a doubles match against Roger Federer and Bill Gates.
