Ashlee Simpson and Evan Ross are looking for a new house!

The 35-year-old pregnant singer and the 31-year-old actor/singer checked out a home for a sale on Tuesday afternoon (May 26) in Woodland Hills, Calif.

Ashlee and Evan both stayed safe in face masks and gloves as they spent the afternoon house hunting.

After they checked out the house, Evan was spotted stopping by a restaurant to pick up lunch for him and Ashlee.

If you didn’t know, Ashlee and Evan are currently expecting their second child together! The two are already parents to daughter Jagger, 4, while Ashlee is mom to son Bronx Wentz, 11.
