Melinda called out the judges for the confusing critiques they gave the contestants. They told Grace Kinstler that she needed to figure out the type of songs she wants to sing while they praised Casey Bishop for being able to sing anything, just as an example.

“I’m confused by the judges. Casey can sing all the songs & keep them guessing. Grace has to choose exactly what she wants to do. Chayce can win by singing the same song. Madison should choose songs everyone knows. Alyssa should not. Ava should be young & old simultaneously,” Melinda tweeted.
