Megan Fox holds onto her purse close while leaving a dinner date with boyfriend Machine Gun Kelly in Los Angeles on Tuesday (April 20).

The couple held hands after a night out at Delilah, just a few days ahead of MGK‘s birthday.

Megan and MGK also coordinated their looks with a black and white theme.
