Now, a source is speaking out saying Olivia and John‘s relationship is new.

“This is very new, they’re taking it slowly,” a source told People. “They met at church in Los Angeles.”

The site noted that Olivia and John met years ago and have stayed connected.

Olivia sent John a message of support a few months back when it was revealed that he had entered rehab for cocaine and alcohol addiction.
