The season three finale of the NBC series Manifest just aired and fans want to know if they can expect a fourth season to happen.

We’re not going to get into the spoilers for the finale right here, but there were some shockers in the finale episode and fans are going to be VERY upset if they don’t get another season.

NBC still has not decided the fate for Manifest and the possibility of a fourth season is still up in the air.

Warner Bros. Television Group chairman Channing Dungey recently told Deadline, “We would love for the show to continue on NBC… We are still in conversations with NBC and keeping our fingers crossed.”

The show’s ratings have taken a hit this season, which doesn’t bode well for the possibility of a new season. Despite that, the show has ranked ninth out of NBC’s 19 scripted shows in the key demos.

Showrunner Jeff Rake previously said that he planned for Manifest to span six seasons.

“I pitched it, as someone who didn’t have a previous serialized show before, with a roadmap and clear chapters along the way,” he said last year. “We don’t always know the number of episodes we get per season, so we roll with the punches. But the show wants to be six seasons.”
