David Dobrik Returns to YouTube After Hiatus Due to Scandal

David Dobrik is back on YouTube.

After announcing a break from social media amid scandal and allegations of sexual assault within the “Vlog Squad,” the 24-year-old social media star returned with a new video called “Surprising my friends!!” on Tuesday (June 15).

In the video, David surprises his friends with a trip to Hawaii. There isn’t any reference to the scandal, except for Jason Nash‘s mom telling him: “I’ve been worried about you. I’m on Xanax because of you.”

The video also features Jeff Wittek, who previously revealed serious injuries while doing a stunt for David‘s YouTube channel.

“Hold off the lawsuit…yeah, he’s got it. He’s doing something,” Jeff says in the video when taking a fake call.

“I’ve put myself in a lot of situations where I needed to apologize for my past actions and I’ve never done this correctly. I’ve never done this respectfully, and my last video is a testament to that,” he said back in March during a second apology video. Find out what else he said.
