La La Anthony Files for Divorce from Carmelo Anthony After 11 Years of Marriage

La La Anthony is officially ending her marriage to basketball player Carmelo Anthony.

The former couple got married 11 years ago and they’ve been together for 16 years total. They previously have gone through a separation and a reconciliation, but now they’re definitely done as a couple.

Sources told TMZ that La La and Carmelo “wanted to take time to ensure a private and smooth transition in their relationship for their 14-year-old son, Kiyan — who’s always their top priority — and they remain fully aligned as parenting partners.”

The sources say that the split is completely amicable.
