Kaley Cuoco Talks About Filming Her First-Ever Sex Scene for 'The Flight Attendant' & How She Made It 'So Weird'

Kaley Cuoco has been a working actress for nearly three decades, but she only just shot her first sex scene last year.

The 35-year-old actress is opening up about what it was like to film an intimate scene with co-star Michiel Huisman for her HBO Max series The Flight Attendant.

“I had never done any sort of sex scene ever, and I had one in Flight Attendant with Michiel [Huisman]. He’d been in Game of Thrones, so he’d done all these scenes, and I just had no idea,” Kaley said during a Hollywood Reporter roundtable interview.

Kaley opened up about what Michiel told her and how she made the situation “so weird.”

She continued, “When they called ‘cut,’ I’d be hovering over him like I was on a toilet. I’m like, ‘I’m not touching anything, I’m not looking at anything.’ (Laughs.) I didn’t know what to do. He was like, ‘You’re acting so weird, you’re making this way weirder than it needs to be.’ But I was totally out of my element.”

Kaley recently landed an exciting new role in an upcoming limited series.
