Taraji P. Henson, Jennifer Hudson & Pauletta Washington Sign On For 'Tell It Like A Woman' Anthology Film

Jennifer Hudson and Taraji P. Henson are working together!

The 39-year-old singer is set to star in a new anthology project that Taraji will helm, according to Variety.

The film will be just one of seven projects in Iervolino Entertainment’s star-studded anthology project, Tell It Like a Woman.

Titled Pepcy & Kim, the segment is inspired by the true story of Kim Carter, a former addict who has used her story and her nonprofit, the Time for Change Foundation, to help homeless women and children break the cycle and reclaim their lives.

Jennifer will star as both the title characters, alongside Pauletta Washington (wife to Denzel, and mom to John David).

The Tell It Like a Woman project is an anthology film made by and about women, comprised of seven segments that make one intertwining feature film.

Others involved include Catherine Hardwicke, Cara Delevingne, Margherita Buy, Marcia Gay Harden, Eva Longoria, Leonor Varela, Jacqueline Fernandez, Anne Watanabe and Mipo O.
