Amanda Seyfried Is Elizabeth Holmes in 'Dropout' - First Photos From the Set!

Amanda Seyfried is getting ready to take on a high-profile role!

The 35-year-old actress is set to play the part of controversial Theranos founder Elizabeth Holmes in the upcoming Hulu drama series Dropout, and she was spotted for the first time on set on Wednesday (June 30) in Los Angeles.

Amanda was seen enjoying lunch in a nearby park between scenes, later walking to the set with cast and crew members.

If you didn’t know, Amanda took over the role from Kate McKinnon, who dropped out earlier in the year.

Via Variety: “The series tells the story of Holmes, the enigmatic Stanford dropout who founded medical testing start-up Theranos. She was lauded as a Steve Jobs for the next tech generation. Once worth billions of dollars, the myth crumbled when it was revealed that none of the tech actually worked, putting thousands of people’s health in grave danger.”

Amanda recently opened up about hiding her pregnancy while filming a big movie.
