The 36-year-old “Mi Gente” singer and the 27-year-old Argentinian model took to social media on Thursday (July 1) to announce the birth of their son.

“4 days of the best Love 💕💕💕” Valentina wrote on Instagram along with a black and white photo while holding her newborn son’s foot.

Valentina‘s caption indicates that she gave birth on Sunday, June 27.

Also on Thursday, J Balvin took to Twitter to tweet “Querido Rio [My dear Rio]” leading fans to believe that he and Valentina named their baby boy Rio.

J Balvin and Valentina first announced they were expecting back in April during a photo spread in Vogue Mexico.
