Now, in a new TikTok video, Nabisco revealed that the edges aren’t just for decoration and have an actual purpose in mind – specifically for those who like to have cheese with their crackers.

In the clip, a voiceover comes over the Ritz crackers clip and asks, “What people think the edges on Ritz Crackers are for…‘Wow… So pretty… Aesthetic… Beautiful scallops’,” they suggested.

However, it turns out the edges aren’t just for decoration.

“What they’re actually for,” the voice adds, and reveals that you can take the cracker and turn it on it’s edge, and then roll it over a slice of cheese as a KNIFE!
