Michael Douglas and Catherine Zeta-Jones are saying goodbye to their New York City apartment!

The longtime couple has listed their incredible Upper West Side home for $21.5 million. The apartment features four bedrooms, 5.5 bathrooms, and a separate staff suite. The home has about 5,000 square feet of living space and views of Central Perk.

Dirt.com notes that the apartment comes with monthly common charges of $21,000 per month. That’s more than a lot of people pay for rent in an entire year!

The apartment features “lots of entertaining space, high ceilings, wood-burning fireplaces, mahogany pocket doors and large rooms,” according to the New York Post.

The Douglas-Zeta-Jones family now calls Westchester, New York their home.
