Jennifer Lopez and Ben Affleck were spotted house hunting in Los Angeles this week and we have photos from inside the $64.95 million house they reportedly checked out!

The house is located on South Mapleton Drive in the upscale Holmby Hills neighborhood. The mansion features 31,450 square feet of living space with eight bedrooms and 12 bathrooms.

Dirt.com reports that the home was last sold in 2014 for $44 million and the current owner has reportedly been trying to sell it since 2018. The price has gone down from the initial asking price of $70 million.

Some of the incredible features from inside the home are a four-lane bowling alley with game room, stocked bar, movie theater, fully equipped gym, hair salon, medical room, golf simulator, wine cellar with tasting room, indoor pool, and full spa treatment including steam shower. The main house features a grand master suite, his/hers bathrooms, oversized closets, an elevator, and a terrace that overlooks the luxury pool area. There’s also a two-bedroom guesthouse, an outdoor kitchen, and a cabana.
