Emily Ratajkowski Hits Back at Mommy Shamers, Compares Her Experience to Britney Spears: 'Shame on You All'

Emily Ratajkowski is defending herself.

The 30-year-old actress and model posted a since-deleted photo on her Instagram last month, in which she was holding her 3-month-old son Sylvester, and she was criticized for the way she was holding him in the photo.

In an Instagram Story, Emily reacted to some of the criticism she’s received, and compared herself to to Britney Spears.

“We are all reflecting back on shaming Britney [Spears] and calling her a bad mom. We talk about how we have to ‘do better’ as a culture. Meanwhile, my comments are filled with awful remarks about how I don’t deserve to be a mom. Shame on you all,” she wrote.

“I don’t care if you hate me or hate celebrity (or just hate women) but it’s incredibly scary to become a parent and no one deserves to be told by strangers that they’re a s–tty mother.”

Another one of her posts about her “beautiful boy” also got a lot of attention online.
