David Beckham looks so dapper on the red carpet at the 2017 amfAR Gala held during the 2017 Cannes Film Festival at Hotel du Cap-Eden-Roc on Thursday (May 25) in Cap d’Antibes, France.

The 42-year-old former soccer player was seen meeting up with Dustin Hoffman on the carpet. Other handsome actors at the gala included Adrien Brody and Olivier Martinez.

David had his hair pulled back in a tiny bun!

David took to Instagram the night before to speak out after his former team Manchester United won their first game following the attacks this week.

“Tonight was more important than sport… Yes a big night for Manchester United but an even bigger night for the city and for our country …. At a time when we are grieving for the families that have lost loved ones we have a sport that has bought a little happiness at a difficult time… We pray for peace �”��’�❤️⚫️,” he said.

Jessica Chastain stuns in a backless gown while stepping out on the red carpet at the 2017 amfAR Gala held during the 2017 Cannes Film Festival at Hotel du Cap-Eden-Roc on Thursday (May 25) in Cap d’Antibes, France.

The Oscar-nominated actress was joined at the event by her longtime boyfriend Gian Luca Passi de Preposulo as well as fellow Cannes juror Will Smith.

Director David Lynch and actor Kyle MacLachlan hit the red carpet together at the Twin Peaks premiere held at the 2017 Cannes Film Festival on Thursday (May 25) at Palais des Festivals in Cannes, France.

The guys were joined by David‘s wife Emily Stofle, who appears in the series, and Kyle‘s wife Desiree Gruber for the event.

The two-hour season premiere of Twin Peaks was screened at the festival and received a lot of love from the audience with a five-minute standing ovation, according to Deadline.

Lynch even received more applause on the red carpet than stars like Will Smith!

Another famous director who was at the festival this year was Spike Lee, who was honored at the Wanderluxxe Gala benefiting Planned Parenthood. Guests enjoyed specialty cocktails by Casamigos Tequila. See photos in the gallery.

Robert Pattinson is all smiles while hitting the red carpet for the premiere of his movie Good Times during the 2017 Cannes Film Festival on Thursday (May 25) at Palais des Festivals in Cannes, France.

The 31-year-old actor was seen leaving his hotel before the screening with fiancee FKA twigs, though they did not walk the carpet together.

Rob was joined on the carpet by co-stars Taliah Webster and Buddy Duress, writer and co-director Ben Safdie, and co-director Joshua Safdie. Earlier in the day, they all attended a photo call to promote the film as well.

The movie is about a bank robber (Pattinson) who is unable to evade those who are tracking him down.

The 20-year-old model was joined at the charity event by Rita Ora, Sofia Richie, Barbara Palvin, and Joe Jonas (with his fellow DNCE members – JinJoo Lee, Cole Whittle, and Jack Lawless).

The annual gala has raised more than $190 million over the years for amfAR’s life-saving research programs and has helped keep the fight against AIDS in the global media spotlight.
