Ashley Judd, Annabella Sciorra, & Salma Hayek Bring Times Up Movement to Oscars 2018 (Video)

Ashley Judd, Annabella Sciorra, and Salma Hayek hit the stage together to make a powerful statement at the 2018 Academy Awards held at the Dolby Theatre on Sunday (March 4) in Hollywood.

The actresses joined forces during the show to make a speech supporting the Times Up Movement after all three have accused disgraced producer Harvey Weinstein of sexual assault.

“So we salute those unstoppable spirits who kicked ass and broke through the biased perceptions against their gender, race and ethnicity to tell their stories,” Salma said.

“And we look forward to make sure that the next 90 years empower these limitless possibilities of equality, diversity, inclusion, intersectionality,” Ashley chimed in. “That’s what this year has promised us.”

Frances McDormand Wins Best Actress at Oscars 2018, Recognizes All Female Nominees! (Video)

Frances McDormand accepts the award for Best Actress on stage at the 2018 Academy Awards held at the Dolby Theatre on Sunday (March 4) in Hollywood.

The actress picked up the award for her work in the movie Three Billboards Outside Ebbing, Missouri, marking her second win in the category.

Frances beat out I, Tonya‘s Margot Robbie, The Shape of Water‘s Sally Hawkins, Lady Bird‘s Saoirse Ronan, and The Post‘s Meryl Streep for the award.

During her speech, Frances took a moment to recognize all of the female nominees at the Oscars in every category and asked them all to stand up!

She ended the speech by saying, “I have two words for you: Inclusion rider.” If you’re not familiar, here’s what Whitney Cummings said on Twitter: “An inclusion rider is something actors put into their contracts to ensure gender and racial equality in hiring on movie sets. We should support this for a billion reasons, but if you can’t find a reason to, here’s one: it will make movies better.”

The Shape of Water has won the award for Best Picture at the 2018 Academy Awards!

The movie was the big winner of the night, taking home four awards including Best Director for Guillermo Del Toro, Best Original Score, and Best Production Design.

The award was presented by Faye Dunaway and Warren Beatty, the two actors who mistakenly announced the wrong winner for Best Picture at last year’s event.

This time around, Guillermo made sure to look inside the envelope before he gave his acceptance speech to make sure he was the correct winner!

Gary Oldman Wins Best Actor at Oscars 2018 for 'Darkest Hour'

Gary Oldman holds his Oscar while accepting the award at the 2018 Academy Awards held at the Dolby Theatre on Sunday (March 4) in Hollywood.

The 59-year-old actor won the award for Best Actor for his work in the movie Darkest Hour.

Gary beat out Call Me By Your Name‘s Timothee Chalamet, Roman J. Israel, Esq.‘s Denzel Washington, Phantom Thread‘s Daniel Day-Lewis, and Get Out‘s Daniel Kaluuya for the big win.

This is Gary‘s first Oscar and it was his second nomination. He was previously nominated for his work in the film Tinker Tailor Soldier Spy.

Emma Stone Takes a Cue from Natalie Portman While Presenting Best Director at Oscars 2018!

Emma Stone steps out on stage to present the award for Best Director at the 2018 Academy Awards held at the Dolby Theatre on Sunday (March 4) in Hollywood.

The 29-year-old actress took a cue from what Natalie Portman did while presenting the same award at the Golden Globes in January.

Natalie called out the all-male lineup of nominees by saying, “And here are the all-male nominees.”

At the Oscars, the committee nominated Greta Gerwig this year and is only the fifth woman to receive a nomination in the category.

“These four men and Greta Gerwig created their own masterpieces this year,” Emma said while talking about the nominees.

Andra Day & Common Perform 'Stand Up For Something' From 'Marshall' at Oscars 2018 - Watch Now!

Andra Day and Common brought the powerful Marshall song to life at the 2018 Academy Awards held at the Dolby Theatre on Sunday (March 4) in Hollywood.

The duo teamed up to perform the Best Original Song nominee onstage during the ceremony.

Common delivered a powerful, politically charged freestyle before the song began. Ten activists were spotlighted on stage for their efforts to help try and change the world, including 14-year-old Alice Brown Potter, who protested the Dakota Access Pipeline.
