Vanessa Paradis wears a black mask just before stepping on the red carpet for the opening ceremony at the 2020 Deauville American Film Festival on Friday (September 4) in Deauville, France.
The 47-year-old actress is serving as the President of the jury for the socially distant festival, which will run until September 13 this year.

Vanessa joined her fellow jury members Bruno Podalydes, Mounia Meddour, Delphine Horvilleur, Oxmo Puccino, Vincent Lacoste, Zita Hanrot and Sylvie Pialat on the red carpet, where they posed six feet apart.
The festival is being watched closely to see the effectiveness of new safety guidelines, which include mandatory wearing of masks, and reduced capacity in the festival cinemas.
