Katie Lowes has just welcomed a new baby!

The 38-year-old Scandal actress revealed the happy news on her Instagram page that she and husband, Adam Shapiro, have welcomed a baby girl into their lives on November 22.

“…and just like that, we’re a family of 4! Meet our baby Vera Fay Shapiro. Born 11/22,” Katie announced with a sweet black and white photo.

She continued, “@shappyshaps and I love you, V, get ready for some good times!”

Adam shared his own photo of the couple masked up and just moments away from meeting their new daughter.

“Just moments before we met our baby Vera Fay Shapiro. Sweet, sweet @ktqlowes, you are the greatest,” he captioned.

Adam continued, “Thank you for keeping her safe all these scary months. I can’t imagine the stress of being pregnant in these times. But you did it with so much grace and beauty and patience and care. I love you and I love these two kiddos.”

Katie and Adam are also parents to three-year-old Albee.

The couple announced they were expecting in July this year.

The 38-year-old Inventing Anna actress is pregnant with her second child with husband Adam Shapiro, she happily confirmed on her social media on Friday (July 31).

“We want to share some good news! Baby #2 coming November 2020. 👶🏻 Adam, Albee, and I are so excited! ❤️❤️❤️+❤️,” she captioned a photo of herself excitedly holding up an ultrasound.

Katie and Adam welcomed their first child, Albee, back in October of 2017.

You can currently catch Katie in Inventing Anna, the Netflix series exploring the life of con artist Anna Delvey.

The Glee co-stars gave a special one-night-only performance along with Scandal‘s Katie Lowes with husband Adam Shapiro, the cast of Falsettos – Nick Adams, Eden Espinosa, Max von Essen, Nick Blaemire, Audrey Cardwell, and Bryonha Marie Parham – and Tracie Thoms, who was in the original cast of the 2016 Falsettos revival.

Proceeds from the 2019 Gala will support the ongoing impact Center Theatre Group strives to make in the community, by producing the highest quality work on our stages and programming a range of educational opportunities for students & audiences of all ages and backgrounds.

The ladies hosted a special night of Cast Album Karaoke at the Brooks Atkinson Theatre following the performance of Waitress.

Sara wrote the music for Waitress and she even starred as the leading lady Jenna for two special engagements in 2017 and 2018. Nicolette will be making her Broadway debut as Jenna starting September 4.

Married couple Katie Lowes and Adam Shapiro, who are also in the show right now, hung out with the rest of the cast to watch audience members perform songs from the show on stage.

The married couple is currently starring together in the Broadway show Waitress and they promoted the musical on the morning program.

Katie recently opened up to TheaterMania about the nine-day rehearsal process she had before their opening night.

“It was the hardest thing I’ve ever done. I haven’t been in a musical since high school, so I didn’t know if I could physically do it,” Katie said. “I never sang this many days in a row so I didn’t know if my voice was going to be there. And you’re actually waitressing for two hours, so it’s about ketchups and mustards and coffees and busing tables and dropping off checks and bringing in this pie cart. I was horrified I was going to mess it up.”

Katie and Adam are currently performing in the show eight times a week on Broadway!
