Beyonce‘s Black Is King trailer is here!

Parkwood Entertainment and Disney+ released the new trailer and poster for the visual, which will premiere globally on July 31 on Disney+.

The new film is based on the music of The Lion King: The Gift, debuting two weeks after the one-year anniversary of the theatrical release of Disney’s The Lion King.

The film “reimagines the lessons from the 2019 blockbuster for today’s young kings and queens in search of their own crowns.”

A distribution deal was also announced, making the movie available on much of the African Continent, including South Africa, Nigeria, Ghana, Ethiopia, Namibia, Cameroon, Liberia, Burundi, Senegal, Togo, Somalia, Benin, Congo, Kenya, Ivory Coast, Zimbabwe, Malawi, Gabon, Cape Verde and many more countries through MultiChoice Group’s M-Net and Canal+ Afrique.

Black Is King was filmed across continents, starting in New York, then Los Angeles, South Africa, West Africa, London and Belgium.

Special guests include models Aweng Ade-Chuol and Adut Akech, supermodel Naomi Campbell, Tina Knowles-Lawson, Lupita Nyong’o, Kelly Rowland, Pharrell Williams and Jay-Z, among others.

It includes full-length videos for the songs “Already,” “Brown Skin Girl,” “Mood 4 Eva” and “My Power,” as heard in the trailer.

Gigi Hadid, Bella Hadid and Kaia Gerber are rocking out.

The three stars are all a part of Moschino‘s Spring/Summer 2020 campaign, revealed on Wednesday (January 22).

Creative director Jeremy Scott and photographer Steven Meisel come together to bring “Moschinorama,” an all-female rock band, along with a VK host played by Tyra Banks.

The band also includes Imaan Hammam and Adut Akech, and was styled by Carlyne Cerf de Dudzeele. The campaign is set to “It’s A Cool World” by Karla DeVito.

Bella Hadid and sister Gigi are part of the coolest band ever in Moschino’s new ad campaign.

Debuting today online, the model sisters wore sky high hair and even shorter skirts for the throwback 1980s inspired video, where they made up a band called Moschinorama, with Kaia Gerber, Imaan Hammam, and Adut Akech.

The rocking band performed Karla DeVito‘s “Cool World” for the ad campaign and we can’t wait to see more!

Gigi and Bella are also pictured in the gallery below, going to and from their hotel to fashion shows during Paris Fashion Week.

There were so many supermodels in attendance at the 2019 Fashion Awards on Monday (December 2) at Royal Albert Hall in London, England.

Irina Shayk, Naomi Campbell, and Rosie Huntington-Whiteley were just some of the many famous faces in the crowd for the biggest night in British fashion.

South Sudanese-Australian model Adut Akech, who is pictured in a green dress, was presented the Model of the Year award!

Some of the Victoria’s Secret angels who stepped out for the event included Elsa Hosk, Sara Sampaio, Barbara Palvin, and Stella Maxwell.

More models in attendance included Kaia Gerber, Nadine Leopold, Olivia Culpo, Winnie Harlow, Shanina Shaik, Amber Valletta, Joan Smalls, Cindy Bruna, Adwoa Aboah, and Halima Aden.

Luke Evans smolders on the red carpet as he arrives at the 2019 Fashion for Relief on Saturday night (September 14) at the British Museum in London, England.

The 40-year-old actor looked suave in a velvet blazer as he attended the London Fashion Week event hosted by Naomi Campbell.

Other stars in attendance included Billy Porter and husband Adam Smith, Naomie Harris, Pierce Brosnan and son Paris, Alexa Chung, Kathryn Newton, Iris Law, Adwoa Aboah, and Eve.

Hitting the runway were models including Stella Maxwell, Adut Akech, and Jordan Barrett.

Naomi founded Fashion for Relief back in 2005, which is dedicated to fighting poverty, sickness and distress in London.

Meghan, Duchess of Sussex (AKA Meghan Markle) is taking on a new role – as the guest editor of British Vogue‘s highly coveted September issue, out on newsstands on August 2.

Editor-in-chief Edward Enninful revealed that the Duchess is the first person to guest-edit the September Issue of British Vogue.

“To have the country’s most influential beacon of change guest edit British Vogue at this time has been an honour, a pleasure and a wonderful surprise. As you will see from her selections throughout this magazine, she is also willing to wade into more complex and nuanced areas, whether they concern female empowerment, mental health, race or privilege. From the very beginning, we talked about the cover – whether she would be on it or not. In the end, she felt that it would be in some ways a ‘boastful’ thing to do for this particular project. She wanted, instead, to focus on the women she admires,” he explained.

The women Meghan selected to appear on the cover are: Adwoa Aboah, Adut Akech, Ramla Ali, Jacinda Ardern, Sinead Burke, Gemma Chan, Laverne Cox, Jane Fonda, Salma Hayek Pinault, Francesca Hayward, Jameela Jamil, Chimamanda Ngozi Adichie, Yara Shahidi, Greta Thunberg, Christy Turlington Burns – and you, the reader, represented by a mirror.
