Asa Butterfield, Gillian Anderson & 'Sex Education' Cast Celebrate Season 2 Premiere!

Gillian Anderson, Asa Butterfield, Emma Mackey and Ncuti Gatwa happily strike a pose together while hitting the red carpet at the world premiere of season two of Sex Education held at The Genesis Cinema on Wednesday (January 8) in London, England.

The four stars were joined at the big event by their other cast mates Connor Swindells, Aimee Lou Wood, Kedar Williams-Stirling, Patricia Allison, Tanya Reynolds, Alistair Petrie, Sami Outalball, James Purefoy, Hannah Waddingham, George Robinson, Kadeem Ramsay and Jojo Macari.

The upcoming season centers on late bloomer Otis (Asa Butterfield) must master his newly discovered sexual urges in order to progress with his girlfriend Ola (Allison) whilst also dealing with his now strained relationship with Maeve (Mackey). Meanwhile, Moordale Secondary is in the throes of a chlamydia outbreak, highlighting the need for better sex education at the school and new kids come to town who will challenge the status quo.

Mark Strong & Joe Dempsie's 'Deep State' Lands U.S. & Global Deals!

Mark Strong and Joe Dempsie are dapper as they pose for photographs at the global premiere of their new series Deep State held at the Curzon Soho on Wednesday (March 14) in London, England.

The 54-year-old actor and Joe, 30, were joined at the event by their co-stars Karima McAdams, Anastasia Griffith, Lynn Renee and Alistair Petrie.

Deep State has recently been acquired by several international broadcasters, according to Deadline. Epix has landed the series for the U.S., NBCUniversal for France, and DR for Denmark.

The eight-part series is the first original drama from Fox Networks Group’s Europe and Africa division, and will play on Fox in 50 territories in those regions. The series is produced by Endor Productions and distributed by Fox Networks Group Content Distribution (FNGCD), which struck the U.S. and international deals.
