Scott Disick holds hand with girlfriend Amelia Hamlin while walking along the beach during a Valentine’s Day outing on Sunday (February 14) in Miami, Fla.

The 37-year-old newly-blond reality star and the 19-year-old model were seen flaunting some PDA while lounging in the sand. She was also spotted applying some sunscreen to Scott‘s face and upper body after he looked like he was getting a bit burnt!

The couple was joined by friends at the beach while enjoying the warm weather. Amelia was seen going for a dip in the water, though Scott didn’t.

Scott and Amelia made their relationship an Instagram official one on Saturday night with some cute photos posted to his page.

For those that don’t know, Amelia‘s parents are actor Harry Hamlin and Real Housewives of Beverly Hills star Lisa Rinna.

Could Scott Disick and Amelia Hamlin already be taking the next step in their relationship?

The 37-year-old reality star was spotted touring some properties for sale in Los Angeles along with his 19-year-old girlfriend.

It’s likely that Scott is just looking for an investment opportunity and that Amelia is simply along for the fun. If you didn’t know, he has a house-flipping show called Flip it Like Disick and his ex-girlfriend Sofia Richie made an appearance for one of the tours.

A source told People that Scott and Amelia toured propoerties with his real estate agent Tomer Fridman and that all of the homes were at least $65 million. One of them was $115 million. So expensive!

If you didn’t know, Amelia is the youngest daughter of Real Housewives of Beverly Hills star Lisa Rinna and actor Harry Hamlin.

Scott and Amelia were first spotted together at a Halloween party a couple weeks ago and it seems things are moving fast for the new couple. Fans deduced that they had dinner together last week based on photos on their social media and on Sunday (November 15), they both shared photos of the same sunset.

Coincidentally, the last time that Amelia attended a public event was to support Scott‘s ex-girlfriend Sofia Richie at a fashion launch. You can see a photo of them together in the gallery, along with more pics of Amelia over the last couple years.

Scott was spotted on a date with another model exactly one month ago.

Scott Disick and Amelia Hamlin grabbed dinner together at Tre Lune restaurant in Montecito, California over the weekend, and fans figured it out from their Instagram Story posts.

The 37-year-old reality star shared a photo of his pasta-heavy family style meal to his story, and the 19-year-old daughter of Lisa Rinna and Harry Hamlin also posted a photo of the exact same dinner.

Page Six reports that their mutual friend Marie Lou Bartoli also joined them for the meal.

The 22-year-old model showed off her toned abs in a black sports bra, olive-green army pants, and black sneakers as she was joined at the event by Emily Ratajkowski and Nicole Richie.
