Liev Schreiber Takes His Kids to 'West Side Story' Opening on Broadway!

Liev Schreiber bundles up on the red carpet at the opening night performance of the Broadway musical West Side Story on Thursday (February 20) at the Broadway Theatre in New York City.

The 52-year-old actor was joined at the show by his kids Sasha, 12, and Kai, 11.

More celebs who attended the event included Alec Baldwin and his wife Hilaria, supermodel Iman, Corey Stoll and wife Nadia Bowers, Debi Mazar, Frederick Weller, Chris Cooper, producer Jordan Roth, and Broadway stars Sherie Rene Scott, Andrea Martin, and Kate Baldwin.

Victor Garber Supports Campbell Scott at 'A Christmas Carol' Broadway Opening!

Victor Garber wears a top hat on the red carpet at the opening night of Broadway’s A Christmas Carol on Wednesday (November 20) at the Lyceum Theatre in New York City.

The 70-year-old actor watched Campbell Scott, Andrea Martin, and LaChanze in the new take on the classic story.

Some of the other opening night guests included Broadway stars like Jessie Mueller, married couple Andy Karl and Orfeh, Drew Gehling and girlfriend Julia Mattison, Beth Leavel, and more.

This new production of A Christmas Carol, which previously had a run at London’s Old Vic, will only play eight weeks on Broadway. Don’t miss it!

Andrea Martin Breaks Her Ribs, Exits Upcoming Broadway Play

Andrea Martin has left the cast of the upcoming Broadway comedy Gary: A Sequel to Titus Andronicus after she broke her ribs during rehearsals.

The Tony-winning actress was supposed to star alongside Nathan Lane in the upcoming show, which is beginning performances this week.

Tony nominee Kristine Nielsen is taking over Andrea‘s role of Janice and Tony winner Julie White is joining the cast as Carol, the role Kristine was initially intended to play.

“I am heartbroken to have to leave the production and have tried to convince the doctor that my funny bone is stronger than my broken ribs. But regretfully I must follow the doctor’s orders. I love everyone involved in this beautiful play and will miss them profoundly. I will be cheering them on from the audience at the Booth Theatre,” Andrea said in a statement.

Preview performances begin on Saturday, March 9 and the official opening night is April 11.

Emma Roberts keeps it chic and sophisticated while attending the world premiere of her latest film Little Italy held at the Scotiabank Theatre on Wednesday (August 22) in Toronto, Canada.

The 27-year-old actress was joined at the event by her co-stars Hayden Christensen, Andrea Martin and Jane Seymour.

Synopsis: Emma plays Nikki Angioli, a chef living abroad who begrudgingly returns home to deal with visa-related issues she must sort through to receive a promotion. Nikki’s native New York neighborhood is home to her large, meddling Italian family and their pizza business. Around the corner sits Leo Campo (Christensen), the attractive son of the Angiolis’ pizzeria rivals. After Nikki comes home, the two find themselves entangled in a star-crossed romance fit for the 21st century, dealing with the fallout of their feuding families.

Patrick Wilson hit the stage at the 2018 Concert For America: Stand Up, Sing Out! held at The Great Hall at Cooper Union on Saturday (June 30) in New York City.

The 44-year-old actor was joined at the event by Tina Fey, Idina Menzel, Audra McDonald, Andrea Martin, Jeremy Jordan and a bunch of Broadway stars as they all performed at the latest edition of the Concert for America series.

Patrick, Tina and the performers who participated in the show helped benefit four non-profit organizations (Al Otro Lado, Texas Civil Rights Project, ACLU Foundation of Texas and Florence Project) working on the country’s southern border to protect the civil rights of families seeking entry to the U.S.

Tina was supported at the event by the cast of the upcoming Mean Girls musical, which is heading to Broadway next year – Taylor Louderman (Regina George), Kate Rockwell (Karen Smith), Ashley Park (Gretchen Wieners), Erika Henningsen (Cady Heron), and Kerry Butler (Ms. Norbury).

Check out this first look still released from Emma Roberts and Hayden Christensen‘s upcoming movie Little Italy, which recently wrapped production in Toronto.

Also starring Andrea Martin, Alyssa Milano, Danny Aiello, Adam Ferrara, Gary Basarba, Andrew Phung, and Jane Seymour, the movie is a story about a little place with a big heart – a community with deep roots that lives life loud and proud.

Little Italy is a romantic comedy with a really big heart. Its a story about a community that loves, laughs, fights and forgives. It reminds us that love knows no boundaries,” Hayden said.

Emma said, “I’ve always been a huge fan of Donald [Petrie, the director]‘s movies and when I heard he was directing this film, a throwback to movies I’ve always loved watching, I jumped at the chance to play this character.”
