Kristen Bell and Kirby Howell-Baptiste are teaming up for a new comedy!

The 40-year-old The Good Place actress and the 34-year-old Cruella actress play scamming, extreme couponers in the new movie Queenpins.

Paul Walter Hauser, Vince Vaughn, Bebe Rexha, Dayo Okeniyi, Joel McHale, Nick Cassavetes, Jack McBrayer, and Annie Mumolo also star in the movie.

Directed and written by Aron Gaudet and Gita Pullapilly, and inspired by a true story, Queenpins about “a bored and frustrated suburban homemaker, Connie (Bell) and her best pal JoJo (Howell-Baptiste), a vlogger with dreams, who turn a hobby into a multi-million dollar counterfeit coupon caper. After firing off a letter to the conglomerate behind a box of cereal gone stale, and receiving an apology along with dozens of freebies, the duo hatch an illegal coupon club scheme that scams millions from mega-corporations and delivers deals to legions of fellow coupon clippers. On the trail to total coupon dominance, a hapless Loss Prevention Officer (Hauser) from the local supermarket chain joins forces with a determined U.S. Postal Inspector (Vaughn) in hot pursuit of these newly-minted ‘Queenpins’ of pink collar crime.”

If you missed it, Kristen just signed on to star this upcoming comedy film alongside two big stars.

Queenpins opens in theaters on September 10 and will then debut on Paramount+ later this year.

Kristen Wiig and Annie Mumolo are teaming up for another movie and this one will be made with Disney!

The Barb and Star Go to Vista Del Mar co-stars will be writing an untitled live-action movie about Cinderella’s evil step-sisters, though they will not be playing the iconic characters.

Deadline reports that it’s still unknown if Kristen and Annie will appear in the movie, but if they do, they won’t play the step-sisters. The lead roles will go to younger actresses.

The movie will be “a fairy tale musical comedy that re-imagines the Cinderella classic from the point of view of her infamous evil stepsisters. Spanning their early childhood through the marriage of their universally beloved stepsister and beyond, we follow Anastasia and Drizella Tremaine as they struggle to uphold their family’s legacy.”

In addition to writing and starring in Barb and Star, Kristen and Annie were nominated for an Oscar for co-writing the Bridesmaids screenplay.

Kristen recently revealed the names of her twins, who were born last year.

Jamie Dornan is bringing the drama!

The 38-year-old actor supplied a thoroughly silly music video for an equally silly song from Barb & Star Go to Vista Del Mar called “Edgar’s Prayer,” which premiered over the weekend.

In the video, Jamie dramatically climbs a palm tree, performing ballet and singing to the sky shirtless at the beach.

“Seagulls in the sand can you hear my prayer? I keep trying but I’m getting nowhere,” he dramatically sings.

He recently opened up about a possibility of a sequel to the funny movie, as well as how many shirts he ripped off on set.

First Vista Del Mar, now Hollywood!

Kristen Wiig and Annie Mumolo reprised their roles as Barb and Star from their new comedy flick for the 2021 Golden Globes held at The Beverly Hilton on Sunday (February 28) in Beverly Hills, Calif.

In their little sketch, Barb and Star talk about their adventures around Hollywood while on their latest vacation.

Before announcing the winner of their award, they had a little suggestion for the nominees.

“Before I open this, if we don’t say your name, there is a store you can go to on Hollywood Blvd -,” Kristen as Star says before taking out awards and trophies out of her bag.

“It’s called Hollywood Awards and Sports Items,” Annie as Barb adds. “They have loads of trophies – because everyone’s a winner.”

“We’re all winners!” Barb and Star say together.

Gal‘s Wonder Woman 1984 co-star Kristen Wiig, and her Barb & Star co-star and BFF Annie Mumolo were also spotted on the small red carpet.

While Kristen and Annie are presenters, their movie together won’t ever be nominated for a Golden Globe, due to an unforeseen loophole.

Annie Mumolo is one of the stars of Barb and Star Go to Vista Del Mar and she’s also an Oscar-nominated screenwriter.

The 47-year-old actress and writer recently opened up about writing the original screenplay for the 2015 movie Joy and the controversy that surrounded the film.

Joy starred Jennifer Lawrence and was directed by David O. Russell, who decided to rewrite the script that she turned in. The movie was praised for Jennifer‘s performance, but the screenplay didn’t get great reviews.

“The Joy movie was a very heartbreaking experience for me, and I had to just sort of separate because of that aspect of things. When it was going in one direction, we got a phone call overnight that there’s a change happening. And then I was asked to do things that were against my morality, and it was very difficult. When I didn’t feel comfortable doing those things that were against my values, I was lambasted. I can’t say too much. I guess probably because I was living in fear,” Annie told Variety.

She added, “It’s sort of a testament to the power of how in show business, people have a tremendous amount of power and what they can do with it and how they wield that power. Sometimes, the people who have so much power are people who shouldn’t, and in the normal world, they wouldn’t have that much power they’re being given. Judd Apatow told me, ‘”Certain names,” if they are studios, if it’s money and numbers, they don’t care what the behavior is. They just don’t.’ And he said that’s a hard thing. He was a very big advocate for me back then. It was tremendously scary and a life lesson. It was a lot of upheavals, and it was just very strange. It’s something I never saw coming.”

Kristen Wiig and Annie Mumolo are about to bring the laughs.

The two co-star in Barb & Star Go to Vista Del Mar, a new comedy from the duo who also brought us 2011′s Bridesmaids.

The movie also stars Jamie Dornan, Damon Wayans Jr., Fortune Feimster, Wendi McLendon-Covey, Rose Abdoo, Vanessa Bayer, Phyllis Smith and Kwame Patterson.

In the movie, which arrives on February 12, lifelong friends Barb and Star embark on the adventure of a lifetime when they decide to leave their small Midwestern town for the first time…ever.

Along with releasing the trailer on Thursday (January 28), the duo have entered the Oscar race with songwriter Mark Jonathan Davis (or Richard Cheese) with a song called “I Love Boobies,” which Variety provided a tease of with an exclusive.

“I don’t want this to sound like showbiz baloney, but Kristen and Annie are just the best. This was my first big-time Hollywood movie role, and they gave me this amazing opportunity and treated me like royalty the whole time,” he explained of the role.

Lionsgate also submitted a second song from the film, “Welcome to Palm Vista,” written by the duo, along with all other eligible categories, including best picture and original score for composers Christopher Lennertz and Dara Taylor.
