Austin Nichols has definitely been working out during quarantine!

The 40-year-old actor, best known for playing Julian Baker on The CW’s One Tree Hill, is looking ripped in the latest post he put up on Instagram.

Austin snapped a selfie video while riding his motorcycle and he was wearing a white t-shirt with the sleeves rolled up to show off his ripped arms.

“Beautiful day y’all…” he captioned the video on his account.

Austin also went on his Instagram Stories on Monday (September 28) to share videos of him getting into a wetsuit to ride an inflatable water slide. Check out some screencaps in the gallery.

Last month, Austin went shirtless while going for a swim in Mammoth Lakes and he filmed a video that he posted on his Instagram.

The three ladies were joined at the event by Jaime King, Emma Roberts, Ashley Greene and her husband Paul Khoury, Odette Annable and her husband Dave Annable, Cameron Monaghan, Dan Bucatinsky, Jack Quaid, Chace Crawford, Austin Nichols and Iain Armitage.

Also in attendance to show their support was Dumplin’ star Danielle Macdonald, Joanna Garcia, Perrey Reeves, Modern Family‘s Aubrey Anderson-Emmons and Rachel Zoe and her husband Rodger Berman.

Brooks Brothers’ Madison Avenue store was transformed into a winter wonderland to benefit St. Jude Children’s Research Hospital.

Andrew Lincoln is officially leaving The Walking Dead after the upcoming ninth season and his former co-star Austin Nichols is praising his work ethic in an open letter.

Austin played the character Spencer Monroe in seasons five, six, and season of the hit AMC series.

In his open letter, Austin reflected on the leader that Andrew was on set.

“I have been on different TV shows and movies over the years, but I have never seen a leader like Andy. I have seen appalling behavior from actors. Screaming. Mind games. Pulling rank. From Andy, I saw selflessness,” he wrote. “I saw grace. I saw kindness. I saw a man lift his fellow actors up when they were struggling. I saw a man give other actors the spotlight when he could easily have kept it for himself.”

Austin Nichols looks handsome on the red carpet while posing with girlfriend Hassie Harrison at the 2018 SeaChange Summer Party on Saturday night (July 21) in Laguna Beach, Calif.

This is the first time that the 38-year-old actor has walked a red carpet with Hassie!

Austin took to Instagram to talk to his fans about the cause. He wrote, “The Ocean is a place that is dear to me. Let’s all do our best to protect it. Follow @oceana and read The Perfect Protein by Andy Sharpless.”

Coincidentally, Austin‘s last post on Instagram before that one was about the ocean too. He wrote, “My nephew and nieces call me Uncle Ocean. Really because my niece Ella couldn’t pronounce Austin and she said ocean. But it’s also where I feel most like me.”

Some of the men of One Tree Hill have come forward to support the women on the show after sexual harassment claims were made against showrunner Mark Schwahn.

Sophia Bush, Hilarie Burton, Bethany Joy Lenz, and 15 other women who worked on the show in some capacity released a letter, which stated “Schwahn‘s behavior over the duration of the filming of One Tree Hill was something of an ‘open secret.’ Many of us were, to varying degrees, manipulated psychologically and emotionally.”

Alum of the show, including Bryan Greenberg, Austin Nichols, and James Lafferty, are speaking out in support.

Agents of S.H.I.E.L.D. actress Chloe Bennet and former Walking Dead actor Austin Nichols have called it quits, JustJared.com can exclusively confirm.

“They have tremendous love and respect for each other but after almost four years together, they just drifted apart,” a source close to the couple shared with us. “Chloe and Austin decided to part ways about a month ago. There are no hard feelings.”

Austin and Chloe were last publicly photographed together at the Not the White House Correspondents’ Dinner this past April 29 in Washington, D.C.

Chloe and Austin first met on the set of Agents of S.H.I.E.L.D. in 2013 when he played one of her love interests on the show.

While there are always celebs at the White House Correspondents’ Dinner, there were virtually none there this year due to Donald Trump‘s presidency… so stars went to Samantha Bee‘s Not the White House Correspondents’ Dinner instead!

The Full Frontal television personality hosted the event for TBS on Saturday night (April 29) at DAR Constitution Hall in Washington, D.C.
