'Now Apocalypse' Canceled After One Season by Starz

Now Apocalypse has been canceled after just one season.

Starz made the announcement at the 2019 TCA Summer Press Tour on Friday (July 26).

Now Apocalypse is a great show, as we all know it’s been a really good experiment, but we have made the decision not to bring it back,” said Starz COO Jeffrey Hirsch (via Variety).

The comedy series follows Ulysses’ (Avan Jogia) and his friends Severine (Roxane Mesquida), Carly (Kelli Berglund), and Ford (Beau Mirchoff) as they pursue love, sex, and fame in Los Angeles. Ulysses’ premonitory dreams make him question the possible presence of a dark and monstrous conspiracy.

The 30-year-old Now Apocalypse actor looked buff in green T-shirt while sporting black jeans and tan boots as he stopped by the market to do some shopping.

Now Apocalypse is a coming-of-age comedy that follows Ulysses (Avan Jogia) and his friends Carly (Kelli Berglund), Ford (Mirchoff) and Severine (Roxane Mesquida), who are on various quests pursing love, sex and fame while navigating the strange and oftentimes bewildering city of Los Angeles.

Avan Jogia Shows Off Abs At 'Now Apocalypse' Premiere in LA

Avan Jogia, Beau Mirchoff, Kelli Berglund, Roxane Mesquida and Tyler Posey gather up for a group pic at the premiere of Now Apocalypse at Hollywood Palladium on Wednesday night (February 27) in Los Angeles.

The five stars of the series were joined by writer Gregg Araki and writer Karley Sciortino on the pink carpet, as well as RJ Mitte, Spencer Boldman, Cleopatra Coleman and Sophia Taylor Ali at the event.

The 10-episode surreal, coming-of-age comedy that follows Ulysses and his friends Carly, Ford and Severine, who are on various quests pursuing love, sex and fame while navigating the strange and oftentimes bewildering city of Los Angeles.

The series debuts on March 10th on Starz.

Sophie Skelton Supports Global Green at Pre-Oscar Gala 2019!

Sophie Skelton is gorgeous as she hits the green carpet at the 2019 Global Green Pre-Oscar Gala held at the Four Seasons Hotel Los Angeles on Wednesday (February 20) in Beverly Hills, Calif.

The 24-year-old Outlander star was joined at the event by her Day of the Dead: Bloodline co-star Jeff Gum, Tara Reid, Beau Mirchoff, Tan Kheng Hua, Amy Smart, Carter Oosterhouse, Ed O’Neill and Diane Warren.

“Tonight’s pre-Oscar charity gala for Global Green,” Sophie captioned with her Instagram post. “Wearing the all natural, hand made corset and skirt by @fabianamilazzo”

Also in attendance were Fran Drescher, Isaiah Washington, Michelle Kwan, Tia Carrere, Billy Zane, Jayni Luke, Chevy Chase, Jane Seymour, Frances Fisher and Ed Begley Jr.

Olivia Munn is all smiles as she steps out for Starz’s 2019 Winter TCA Tour After-Party on Tuesday night (February 12) in Los Angeles.

The 38-year-old star looked pretty in a navy, velvet suit as she attended the press party.

Earlier in the day, Olivia attended the TCA panel to promote her new Starz series The Rook.

American Gods cast members Emily Browning, Pablo Schreiber, Ricky Whittle, and Ian McShane also stepped out to promote their hit show.

Beau Mirchoff, Avan Jogia, and Tyler Posey buddy up on the red carpet at the premiere of their new show Now Apocalypse on Tuesday (January 29) at the Library Center Theater in Park City, Utah.

The guys were joined by their co-stars Kelli Berglund and Roxane Mesquida as they premiered their new show at the 2019 Sundance Film Festival.
