Cate Blanchett, Taraji P. Henson & Kate Beckinsale Celebrate Women In Film At Crystal + Lucy Awards 2016!

Cate Blanchett, Taraji P. Henson and Kate Beckinsale strike a pose while attending the 2016 Women In Film Crystal + Lucy Awards Presented by Max Mara and BMW on Wednesday evening (June 15) held at the Beverly Hilton in Beverly Hills, Calif.

The three ladies were also joined by Claire Danes, Lake Bell, Breeda Wool, Blythe Danner, Maria Bello, Rosanna Arquette, Frances Fisher, Sharon Lawrence and Keegan-Michael Key.

Taraji, 45, was honored with The Lucy Award for Excellence in Television for her role in Empire.

“I couldn’t be more honored or thrilled to receive an award from women and with the name Lucy attached makes it perfect,” Taraji expressed on stage (via Variety). “After playing so many very dramatic roles, I hope this means someone thinks I can be funny.”

Jessica Chastain & Sarah Paulson Step Out for 'Long Day's Journey Into Night' Opening

Jessica Chastain looks stunning as she arrives for opening night of the play Long Day’s Journey Into Night held at the American Airlines Theatre on Wednesday evening (April 27) in New York City.

The 39-year-old actress was joined by Sarah Paulson, Blythe Danner, Nathan Lane, and Annette Bening.

Also in attendance were the stars of the play including Michael Shannon, John Gallagher Jr. and Jessica Lange.

Amy Adams Would 'Hope to Be Involved' in 'Enchanted' Sequel

Amy Adams is pretty in pink while posing at a Max Mara Dinner hosted in celebration of the launch of the Whitney Bag Anniversary Edition on Tuesday night (April 26) held at Whitney Museum of American Art in New York City.

The 41-year-old actress was joined at the event by Bellamy Young, Blythe Danner, Susan Sarandon, and Sally Field.

Amy recently opened up about a potential Enchanted sequel.

“Yeah, they’ve been talking about it for a while,” Amy told E! News. “I embrace and look forward to what they do. And hope to be involved.”

The 57-year-old actor and Helen, 70, were joined by honoree Audra McDonald, performers Zachary Levi, Jane Krakowski, Vanessa Williams, Nathan Lane, Matthew Broderick, as well as Harry Connick Jr. and his daughter Charlotte, 12, John Gallagher Jr., Denis O’Hare, Blythe Danner and Valorie Curry at the event celebrating the company’s 50th anniversary.

Michael Douglas Says He Had a Resurgence After Cancer Fight

Catherine Zeta-Jones and Michael Douglas pose on the red carpet while attending the AARP Movies for Grownups Gala Countdown Lunch on Thursday (December 3) in New York City.

The 71-year-old actor was the career achievement honoree at the event and he opened up about life after his cancer fight.

“It’s good to be alive,” Michael said. “Once you come out of that end, you have a resurgence, certainly of energy.”

The 43-year-old actress’ mom Blythe Danner recently revealed her thoughts on Gwyneth‘s famous “conscious uncoupling” from Chris Martin.

“I think that it’s extraordinary,” Blythe told People. “I think it works, I’ve seen it in action.”

She added, “I’ve had many young women come up to me and say, ‘I wish that I had this when I was going through divorce’…the kids come first.”
