The 34-year-old actress revealed the exciting news on her Instagram on Wednesday (February 20).

And her name is…Sophia Elizabeth Rooney!

“Welcome to the world, Sophia Elizabeth Rooney ❤️ Born 7lbs 2oz on 2/18 at 1:27 PM. @thebrendanrooney @isabellavrooney and I love you infinitely ♾️ We are already marveling at your grace and beauty, just like when your sister was born. We cannot wait to watch our bright shining stars journey down the path of sisterhood together ⭐️⭐️,” Christy wrote.

Christy and Brendan welcomed their first daughter, Isabella, in 2016.

Christy Carlson Romano and her husband Brendan Rooney just announced they’re expecting their second child!

The couple revealed that their new addition is due in late February, but aren’t ready to share the sex just yet.

“We are so excited, we just can’t keep this a secret any longer! @thebrendanrooney and I are thrilled to announce that we’re expecting again!” the couple wrote on Instagram.

Christy and Brendan included a sweet photo of their one-year-old daughter Isabella fast asleep in their bed.

“Shhh… Don’t tell her she’s gonna have to share her toys soon!” Christy added.

She continued, “I always wanted two kids and I feel so blessed to have this experience again. My husband and I are overjoyed that our little girl is going to have a sibling.”

The 32-year-old actress, best known for her work on Disney Channel’s Even Stevens and Kim Possible, gave birth at around 4pm on Saturday (December 24) in Los Angeles.

Christy and husband Brendan Rooney named their baby girl Isabella Victoria Rooney. She weighed in at 7 lbs., 15 oz. and measured 21 inches long.

“Joy doesn’t begin to express how we feel this Christmas!” Christy told People. “Isabella is the greatest thing to ever happen to us and we are truly grateful to all those who have supported us during this special and momentous time.”

The 32-year-old former Even Stevens actress and her husband Brendan Rooney, a writer-producer and former marine, are due to welcome a baby girl on Christmas Day.

“I am flabbergasted at the serendipity of having a baby on Christmas. It’s our favorite holiday!” Christy told People. “What a gift we’ll have this year. Feeling so blessed and grateful … and a little nauseous.”

The couple met while studying at Columbia University in 2011 and they got married on New Year’s Eve in 2013.

“I went there when I was performing The Sound of Music in Calgary with Marie Osmond. It was such a magical feeling that stayed with me, so I wanted to recapture that on my wedding day,” the 30-year-old Even Stevens actress shared to People about her wedding at the Fairmont Banff Springs in Alberta, Canada.

Christy and Brendan met while studying at Columbia University in February 2011.

“I was the assistant director on an on-campus documentary about veterans,” Christy said. “Brendan was the president of the Military Veterans at Columbia and we met while we were interviewing him.”
