A filing related to the deal reads, “Scooter Braun, the largest shareholder of Ithaca Holdings, LLC, and Scott Borchetta, the major shareholder, share 25% of the trading proceeds received, while major artists and executives and employees (39) such as Justin Bieber and Ariana Grande receive their Bonus Shares. We plan to participate in the paid-in capital increase allocated to HYBE for 100% of HYBE’s (one year protection deposit), and we expect that we will be more active as a shareholder in the future.”

K-Pop group BTS has written an open letter to fans to lend their support to the #StopAsianHate and #StopAAPIHate movement amid the anti-Asian violence across the U.S.

The band’s seven members released a joint statement on Twitter on Monday (March 29) in which they recounted their own experiences with racism and condemned the violence happening right now.

“We recall moments when we faced discrimination as Asians. We have endured expletives without reason and were mocked for the way we look. We were even asked why Asians spoke in English,” they said.

The note ended by saying, “We stand against racial discrimination. We condemn violence. You, I and we all have the right to be respected. We will stand together.”

BTS Explain Why They Think They Didn't Win at the Grammys 2021

BTS are opening up about their Grammys nomination.

The group spoke out about their historic nomination for Best Pop Duo/Group Performance for their hit “Dynamite” in a VLive session on Monday (March 15).

During the conversation, they assured fans – who were very vocal on social media following the loss – that they should not be disappointed.

“The reason we weren’t able to win is, I think many of you probably expect this, but we took it as them telling us to come and get the award in person,” RM said. (English translation via AllKpop.)

“I saw a lot of articles saying we ‘failed’ to get the award, but I don’t think it’s a fail since we were able to perform for the first time as nominees. I don’t think it’s a failure but let’s look at the positive side; we were nominated for the first time and did our first solo performance,” he went on to say.

Check out their big performance!

BTS fans sent all their love and encouragement to the group during the show with a special hashtag.
