The former couple got married 11 years ago and they’ve been together for 16 years total. They previously have gone through a separation and a reconciliation, but now they’re definitely done as a couple.

During her appearance, Tiffany opened up about how racism is playing into her fears about motherhood.
“I’m a little older now and people are always asking when I’m gonna have some babies,” she said.
“There’s a part of me that would like to do that, and I always make up these excuses like, ‘Oh, I need a million dollars in the bank before I do that, I need this, I need that.’ But really, it’s like, I would hate to give birth to someone that looks like me…knowing that they’re gonna be hunted or killed,” she said, tearing up.
“Like, why would I put someone through that?”
“And white people don’t have to think about that. It’s time to talk about that, and how we have to come together as a community and work as a unit — and maybe we don’t all agree on the same things, but we need to just find some common ground and move forward as human beings,” she continued.
“We’re all trying to figure out, how do you fix this? How do you stop this? And I think we have to figure out how to change people’s hearts, and that’s what I’ve been trying to do my whole career.”
“As La La and Carmelo have been living apart for quite some time, La La is proceeding with legal discussions as the next step in their relationship.”
They will also “remain loving and committed parents to their son” according to the statement.
La La and Carmelo first got engaged back in 2004. Their son, Kiyan, was born in March of 2007. They got married in July of 2010, which aired on VH1 as part of La La’s Full Court Wedding.
In 2017, La La filed for separation after Carmelo was accused of impregnating a woman. They reunited as of 2019, but now the two are living apart.

The short film was shot over the course of six weeks in New York and Los Angeles on 16mm film by Greek cinematographer, Thimios Bakatakis and set to an original soundtrack by long time brand collaborator Thom Yorke.
The film features characters in eight separate vignettes, each capturing a moment throughout the course of one day. All clothing worn in the film is from the rag & bone FW18 collection.

Back in April, the pair announced that they have amicably decided to separate after nearly seven years of marriage.
La La recently shared in an interview that neither one of them planned on filing for divorce “right now.”
“You know marriages are tough, and you know that,” La La said on The Wendy Williams Show. “We all know that. It’s filled with ups and downs. We are just going through a time right now.”
Carmelo and La La Anthony may no longer be together, but they will “always” be a family!
Despite splitting up after almost seven years of marriage back in April, the 32-year-old professional NBA player made sure to send La La some “love” on her 38th birthday (June 26).
“I look at you on this birthday, and it is hard to believe another year has passed,” Carmelo captioned with his Instagram post. “You are as beautiful now as ever before!!! Sending Birthday wishes to MY EARTH 🌏 @lala Love YOU #AVeryPOWERFulDay6/25.”
La La celebrated her birthday by taking her 10-year-old son Kiyan Anthony as her date to the 2017 BET Awards at Staples Center in Los Angeles.
“We’re always a family, no matter what,” La La expressed when an ET reporter asked her about her current relationship with Carmelo at the award ceremony.
