Anthony Mackie Picks the Better Ass Between His & Chris Evan's!

Anthony Mackie will be reprising his role as Falcon in the upcoming Disney+ series The Falcon and the Winter Soldier and he was asked if he’ll be taking over as “America’s Ass” in the show.

As you probably know, Chris Evans‘ Captain America was often referred to with that nickname, but now that he has seemingly left the franchise, people want to know if Anthony is gaining the title.

Chris and I laugh and joke about it all the time,” Anthony said in an interview with Barstool Sports’ KFC Radio.

He continued, “I have a much better ass than Chris Evans. So, one day we’re gonna do the biking shorts test, or the compression shorts test, and we’re gonna have everybody choose, which is America’s ass. I think it’s gonna be 50/50 split. Some people like their pizza lightly toasted, some people like a little bit of char on their pizza, you know what I’m saying? So, it’s all about how you like your buns cooked.”

Anthony‘s new Netflix movie Outside the Wire was just released. Check out the trailer here!

Chris Evans Reacts to Reports of Returning to Play Captain America

“News to me,” he simply wrote on Twitter, adding a shrugging emoji.

There was a while where it seemed as if Chris would never return as Captain America: he wrote a post that appeared to say “goodbye” to his character and Marvel after wrapping up Avengers: Endgame. Then, in Endgame, it seemed as if Captain America’s story line was officially ending after a time travel plotline confirmed his character had aged into senior citizenship.

Chris Evans In Talks to Return as Captain America in 'At Least' One Marvel Project (& Maybe Two!)

Chris Evans is reportedly nearing a deal to return to the Marvel Cinematic Universe as his beloved character Captain America!

There was a while where it seemed as if Chris would never return as Captain America. First, he wrote a post that appeared to say “goodbye” to his character and Marvel after wrapping up Avengers: Endgame. Then, in Endgame, it seemed as if Captain America’s story line was officially ending after a time travel plotline confirmed his character had aged into senior citizenship.

Deadline is now reporting that the deal is not yet done but is on track for him to return in “at least one Marvel property with the door open for a second film.” The site is also reporting that it seems more likely that the appearance will be similar to what Robert Downey Jr. did after Iron Man 3, appearing in Captain America: Civil War and Spider-Man: Homecoming.

Could he be appearing in a future Marvel film? A Disney+ Marvel project? It’s unclear right now, and Marvel had no comment. Stay tuned!

Chris Evans Reacts to Trump Supporters Storming the U.S. Capitol

Chris Evans is calling out Donald Trump.

The Avengers star took to Twitter to voice his frustrations after Trump supporters breached police lines and broke into the U.S. Capitol Building in order to halt election proceedings on Wednesday (January 6). Protestors shouted “stop the steal”, referring to the false claims that the election was stolen from Trump which he has perpetuated since the election was called in Joe Biden‘s favor.

“I’m speechless,” Chris tweeted. He followed up, “Just think of the carnage if they had not been white.”

Chris has been vocally critical towards Trump in the past, calling out his inconsistent messaging around COVID-19 and mocking his tweets about ‘fake news’. In October, Chris told Jimmy Kimmel that he had reached out to Donald Trump about his website A Starting Point, a bi-partisan effort to combat misinformation. Chris told Jimmy that he asked Trump to participate twice and both times he declined.

Trump urged protestors to leave the Capitol in a video posted to his Twitter, but did not rescind his claims of election fraud – see the video here.
