Clara McGregor is making the best of a bad situation.
The 25-year-old filmmaker and daughter of Ewan McGregor appeared on the red carpet for the premiere of her and her dad’s new movie The Birthday Cake with clearly visible wounds from a dog bite on her face on Friday (June 11) at the Mob Museum in Las Vegas.

Ewan McGregor‘s 22-year-old daughter Clara is seemingly calling him an “a**hole” in her Instagram comments.
Clara posted a photo of her mom and Ewan‘s ex, Eve Mavrakis, in a bikini and a fan commented, “Keep her away from your boyfriends.”
Clara responded, “I keep her away from a**hole men who leave my goddess of a mother.”
If you don’t know, Clara‘s parents, Ewan and Eve, split up in 2018 and he was spotted kissing his Fargo co-star Mary Elizabeth Winstead.
Later, Clara called Mary Elizabeth a piece of trash.

Ewan McGregor daughter is speaking out about her parent’s divorce after calling Ewan‘s new girlfriend Mary Elizabeth Winstead “trash.”
“It wasn’t the most mature way to go about things, but I was angry and upset. There had been a lot building up to it and a lot to deal with – not to make excuses or anything – but…it wasn’t my finest moment,” Clara told The Times.
She added, “I kept being tagged in this photograph and I was seeing negative things about my mom. I said how I felt and I didn’t want to apologize for it. It wasn’t the right way to go about things, but it’s a hard thing to wrap your head around when you feel you had this idea of what the family unit is and then to have that shift. It’s very weird.”
“It was incredibly surprising to me that they had gone out in public. The picture surfaced on my little sister’s birthday, but my dad didn’t know it was going to come out. He didn’t want us to see that, but, you know, there were paparazzi following them around,” Clara continued.
Despite not wanting to be involved in her father’s new relationship, Clara says the duo are “still very close.”
“I love him and I always will. The relationship’s not going to end because of this. We are incredibly close, and despite me strongly disagreeing with how he’s gone about things, I’ll always love him. I hope he’s happy, you know?” Clara concluded.
Clara says the breakup has also “definitely brought all the women in my family much closer.”
“We have this incredible support system. It’s always been clear, and always will be, that I have my mom’s back in this—fully. Not only as a daughter, but as a woman…You have to move forward,” Clara added.
It sounds like Ewan McGregor‘s oldest daughter Clara isn’t too fond of his girlfriend Mary Elizabeth Winstead.
The 22-year-old took to the comments section of an Instagram photo of Mary, 33, at the 2014 Vanity Fair Oscars after-party, posted on a fan account, to share her thoughts.
“Most beautiful and talented woman on earth???” Clara wrote, referring to the account’s profile description. “Oh man y’all are delusional. The girl is a piece of trash :) x.”
It was revealed back in October that Ewan, 47, had split from his wife of 22 years, Eve Mavrakis, and become romantically involved with his Fargo co-star Mary. The two were spotted kissing in a London restaurant.
Ewan and Mary have not commented publicly about their relationship.

The 47-year-old actor kept things cool in a black jacket and gray jeans while his 22-year-old daughter looked pretty in a blush-colored dress for the premiere held during the 2018 Tribeca Film Festival.

Also joining Ewan at the premiere was his co-star Lea Seydoux and director Drake Doremus.
Zoe is about “a forbidden love story between an android, Zoe (Lea), and her divorced colleague, Cole (Ewan), at a high-tech research facility specializing in perfecting a computerized system that pairs humans with their ideal match — which also includes a pool of robotic life forms known as ‘synthetics,’” EW reports.
