Connie Britton and Nicole Kidman are showing support for their friend Sheryl Crow!

The group joined some other gal pals to celebrate Sheryl‘s Threads album release with a hike in Tennessee!

Connie took to her Instagram to share some cute group photos from the outing.

“Celebrating the beautiful @sherylcrow today and her #Threads album release! I know what a labor of love this one was and feel so joyful watching her put it out there. Also, the best to have great girlfriends to celebrate with! #GreatSmokyMountainsTN,” Connie captioned the photo.

Connie Britton has nothing but love and support for her friend Kirsten Gillibrand.

The 52-year-old New York Senator took to Twitter on Wednesday (August 28) to announce that she is dropping out of the 2020 Presidential race.

“Today, I am ending my campaign for president,” Kirsten tweeted along with a video announcement. “I am so proud of this team and all we’ve accomplished. But I think it’s important to know how you can best serve. To our supporters: Thank you, from the bottom of my heart. Now, let’s go beat Donald Trump and win back the Senate.”

Shortly after, Connie reacted to the news of her former college roommate dropping out of the race.

“To my friend @SenGillibrand I want to say: thank you,” Connie tweeted. “You worked valiantly and intentionally, speaking so much truth to how we need to proceed as a nation. You have elevated the conversation, served with integrity, and will continue to. Bravely…with thanks and admiration.”

InStyle’s Badass Women Dinner brought together like-minded women from the entertainment world to celebrate the power of women who aren’t afraid to voice their opinions.

Together, they’re all working together to do away with the “irrelevant preconceptions of gender” and give a voice to the underserved. InStyle Editor-in-Chief Laura Brown hosted the event sponsored by Foster Grant eye-wear.

Also in attendance were Younger‘s Sutton Foster, Arrow‘s Katherine McNamara, El Royale‘s Cailee Spaeny, Kat Graham, Lucy Fry, Kristy Dawn Dinsmore and Regina Spektor.

Carla stars in the series and was joined at the event by co-stars Giancarlo Esposito, Christopher Backus, Michael Aronov, Jodie Turner-Smith, Mustafa Shakir, Violet McGraw, and more.

After the screening, the party continued at Gitano Jungle Terraces, where stars sipped on Qui tequila cocktails.

Jett premieres this Friday on Cinemax. Carla plays world-class thief Daisy “Jett” Kowalski. Fresh out of prison, she is forced back into doing what she does best, and a cast of morally ambivalent, dangerous and eccentric criminals, from budding femme fatales to compromised law enforcers, are determined to exploit her skills for their own ends.

Connie Britton and Hayden Panettiere co-starred on Nashville together for several years, and Connie was recently asked about her recent struggles.

If you don’t know, Hayden‘s boyfriend Brian Hickerson was charged with felony domestic violence and was ordered to stay away from her. He was arrested early last month after a physical altercation.

“We kind of haven’t really been in a strong connection since the show ended,” Connie told Us Weekly on the red carpet. “I, honestly — I’m not super aware of what’s going on. I’ve heard little bits and pieces. I try to just stick to the things that I hear from people I trust.”

Though Nashville ended last year, it appears as if the series is not done quite yet…

Connie Britton walks the carpet with the cast of Dirty John at a For Your Consideration event on Thursday (May 2) at the Saban Media Center in North Hollywood, Calif.

The actress was joined by Eric Bana, Julia Garner, and Jean Smart.

Dirty John aired on Bravo late last year and it is being considered for Emmys in the Limited Series categories.

Earlier this year, Connie received Best Actress nominations at both the Golden Globes and the Critics’ Choice Awards.

Mark Wahlberg and Connie Britton are teaming up for a new movie!

The 47-year-old Instant Family actor and the 52-year-old Dirty John actress have signed on to star in the upcoming drama Good Joe Bell.

The film is being written by Oscar-winning Brokeback Mountain screenwriters Diana Ossana and Larry McMurtry.

The movie is based on the true story of a Oregonian father Joe Bell (Wahlberg) who sets out to walk across America with his son Jadin (Reid Miller).

Mark will also be a producer on the film along with Jake Gyllenhaal and Riva Marker, through their Nine Stories production company.
