Cyn is a mom!

The 27-year-old singer, whose full name is Cynthia Nabozny, just welcomed her first child with her boyfriend, director Kyle Newman.

“Surprise! I’m a mommy! 🥰🥰🥰 Yesterday, @kyle_newman and I welcomed into the world our darling, healthy son, Etienne Noel Newman ❤️,” Cyn wrote on Instagram along with the baby’s first photo.

This is the first child for Cyn and the third for Kyle. He shared two sons – James Knight, 7, and Leo Thames, 5 – with estranged wife Jaime King.

Cyn and Kyle started dating after the pandemic began and she talked about their relationship in a cute Valentine’s Day post this past weekend. She said, “oop! a pandemic hit and i met my soul mate! 💗 happy Valentine’s Day to my sweetheart.”

For those that don’t know, Cyn is signed to Katy Perry‘s label Unsub Records and she’s known for her songs “I’ll Still Have Me,” “Only With You,” and “Drinks.”

Margot Robbie keeps it chic while striking a pose at the Gabrielle Chanel Essence Launch Dinner hosted by Chanel at the Chateau Marmont Hotel on Thursday (September 12) in Los Angeles.

The 29-year-old Once Upon a Time in Hollywood star was joined at the event by Glen Powell, Camila Morrone, Tilda Cobham-Hervey, Ray Nicholson, Emile Hirsch, Silvia Hoeks, Pom Klementieff, Kelly Sawyer Patricof, Elizabeth Chambers Hammer, Rachel Zoe, Samantha Ronson and French perfumer Olivier Polge.

Also in attendance to show their support were the ladies of HAIM – Alana Haim, Este Haim and Danielle Haim, and rising pop singer CYN.

Margot Robbie opened up about her involvement as the company’s brand ambassador before hosting the private dinner: “It’s a time of my life where I’m settled into who I am as a woman,” she said. “I’m constantly creatively inspired by things happening around me and the people I’m meeting. In some ways, that translates to Gabrielle Chanel in a time when she was doing this I suppose.”

The couple joined Thom himself while watching ten women and ten men arrive in matching Thom Browne outfits and using the world as their office. A celebration continued at the Bergdorf Goodman store, where a recreation of the office installation was brought to life.

Also in attendance at the event were Stranger Things co-stars and real-life couple Natalia Dyer and Charlie Heaton.

Katy Perry is all smiles in a floral dress as she hits the red carpet at Capitol Music Group’s 2019 Capitol Congress: Premieres New Music & Projects For Industry & Media event held on Wednesday (August 7) in Los Angeles.

The 34-year-old pop superstar was joined at the event by her label-mates Halsey, Niall Horan, Quavo, Beck, FLETCHER, Vince Staples, Hey Violet, CYN, Loren Gray and Aaron Carpenter.

Katy Perry introduced her new single, out tomorrow (August 9), called “Small Talk,” co-written with Charlie Puth.

Niall Horan introduced a new single called “Nice To Meet You,” and performed a poignant ballad called “Put A Little Love On Me” with producer Greg Kurstin.

Halsey teased her new album she’s recording: “This album is a less dystopian fantasy world and more like what I’m thinking right now, ‘The world sucks’,” she said via BillboardBiz.

Also in attendance were the members of NCT 127 who took part in the announcement of SuperM, a newly announced K-pop all-star SM Entertainment group, composed of various members of already successful boy bands.

CYN gets a little obsessive in the official music video for her single “Only With You“!

Directed by Kylie Eaton in collaboration with SOAP, the tongue-in-cheek video sees the 24-year-old singer-songwriter perfectly play the part of a delightfully quirky, slightly unhinged character.

For the clip, CYN found inspiration while watching George Harrison: Living in the Material World on Netflix. The documentary features a clip with Mick Jagger, where an interviewer talks about how female fans worship their rockstar heroes.

“For whatever reason, this little dialogue spoke to me,” CYN explains of the inspiration behind the video. “I remember what it felt like to be enthralled with admiration for movie stars and singers while I was growing up. This love obsession is a very real feeling for the youth, and I wanted to let it inspire me.”

The 24-year-old singer-songwriter, born Cynthia Nabozny, is the latest artist to join Katy Perry‘s label, UnSub Records. Born into a humble middle-class home in Michigan, outside of Detroit, CYN moved from Chicago to Los Angeles last year where she has spent much of 2017 working hard, writing and recording new material.

CYN recently dropped her new single “Only With You” produced by Felix Snow, which you can stream on Spotify and here, and also exclusively shared 10 Fun Facts with us that you might now know about her:

• 1. I watch slime videos on the Instagram explore page when I can’t sleep at night.
• 2. I have a bachelors degree in Management Information Systems (doesn’t sound very fun but it is a fact).
• 3. In my song, Only With You, the lyric “playing this game of matter & space” was inspired by a book I was reading at the time titled “The Nature of Things” by an ancient Roman philosopher called Lucretius. I’ve recently discovered that this same book was once banned by the catholic church!
• 4. I always sit down, on the floor, in front of a mirror when I’m doing my makeup– can’t be standing! That’s wayyyy too much work at that point!
• 5. I have a fascination with trends in language (like when suddenly everyone is using the same slang words).
