If you were looking at Dakota Johnson‘s Instagram Stories over the past few months, you might have noticed that she promoted a vibrator to her fans.

The 31-year-old Fifty Shades actress shared a “swipe up” to order Maude’s Vibe 3-speed, USB-charged powerful personal massager for $45.

“After 25,000 pre-orders, our best-selling Vibe is back next week,” Dakota wrote in one post back in February. She also shared some other Maude favorites in additional posts.

Dakota Johnson‘s now-infamous interview with Ellen DeGeneres is going viral again today after the news that The Ellen Show will be ending after season 19 in 2022.

If you don’t remember, during the appearance, the now 31-year-old actress was asked about her 30th birthday party, and Ellen awkwardly grilled Dakota about not being invited – to which Dakota insisted she was.

Dakota Johnson and Henry Golding are about to be co-stars!

Following the news of the 31-year-old Fifty Shades actress’ casting, it was revealed Wednesday (May 5) that the 34-year-old Crazy Rich Asians star will appear in the Netflix adaptation of Jane Austen‘s classic Persuasion.

The script was co-penned by Ron Bass and Alice Victoria Winslow.

Here’s a plot summary, via Deadline: “Anne Elliot is an unconforming woman with modern sensibilities, living with her snobby family who are on the brink of bankruptcy. When Frederick Wentworth—the dashing one she once sent away—crashes back into her life, Anne must choose between putting the past behind her or listening to her heart when it comes to second chances.”

Henry Golding will play Mr. Elliot in the film, opposite Dakota Johnson’s Anne Elliot.

According to the report, Henry was attracted to the role because of the opportunity to play “against type,” as Mr. Elliot is the “callous and classic Austen foil.”

Carrie Cracknell will make her feature directorial debut with the film.

Dakota looked cool in a black tank shirt, ripped jeans, and a green beanie while Chris went barefoot while wearing a black T-shirt and grey sweatpants for their lunch outing.

This is the first time we’ve seen Dakota and Chris out together in months. The last photos we have of them together was while they were on vacation in Aspen back in December.

Gucci‘s latest campaign for their Beloved line features so many stars!

The campaign features Dakota Johnson, Harry Styles, Serena Williams, Awkwafina, Diane Keaton, and Sienna Miller on the set of James Corden‘s talk show.

“We decided to show the concept of ‘beloved’ in an ironic way in the campaign, being inspired by the fact that bags are the protagonists in my life and in the lives of many other people,” creative director Alessandro Michele said in a statement. “We went back in time to the original TV talk shows, where the protagonist is the bag itself, the big star. Very often these creations are named after influential women who conditioned the habits and customs of many. It is precisely because they have great personalities that in the industry we gave them these powerful names; and now we have them in a show and twisted with the idea that there were two stars: the bag and the actual talent. A game of cross-references between the two great protagonists.”

Dakota Johnson is set to star in Netflix‘s new movie, Persuasion, which is an adaptation of Jane Austen’s famed novel.

Broadway director, Carrie Cracknell, will be making her feature film debut for the project, Variety also reports. No release date has been revealed at this time.

The film will focus on “Anne Elliot, a headstrong woman living with her snobby family on the brink of bankruptcy. Unmarried and 27-years-old, Anne reconnects with a man she was once persuaded to reject and faces a second chance at love.”
