'James Bond' Producers Confirm Daniel Craig Is Done as James Bond

We now have official confirmation from the producers of James Bond that Daniel Craig won’t return (even though he has said as much countless times).

“We consider this film to be a classic Bond film but with a modern twist,” producer Barbara Broccoli said on the new James Bond podcast. “It’s also vitally important because it is the fifth and final one that Daniel Craig is going to be doing, so it’s a culmination of everything his portrayal of the character has been through and it ties up all the storylines. It’s a pretty epic film, I have to say.”

Daniel Craig Reveals the Superheroes He Wanted to Play While Growing Up

Daniel Craig is opening up about the roles he dreamed of playing while growing up.

The 52-year-old James Bond actor hasn’t had the chance to star in a superhero movie yet, but he definitely dreamed of playing some iconic superheroes when he was a kid.

Daniel was asked by Saga Magazine if he ever thought about playing James Bond when he was younger. He responded, “The answer is no. I never did. I dreamed of being all sorts of other things – Superman, Spider-Man, the Invisible Man, even a good old-fashioned cowboy. But Bond [not] so much, which seems ironic now.”

Daniel did get to play a cowboy in the 2011 movie Cowboys & Aliens!

No Time to Die was supposed to be released in April, but now it won’t hit theaters until November due to the coronavirus pandemic.
