Some shows get canceled after a few seasons. Some only last for a few weeks. And then, there are those that get yanked from broadcast after a single night’s airing.

In this golden era of television, there are dozens and dozens of critically hailed TV programs to choose from to suit your personal taste. But even when TV’s at it’s best, that doesn’t mean there have been some serious missteps along the way.

Whether the show didn’t land with audiences, or a scandal or tragedy resulted in an unexpected immediate withdrawal from the broadcasting schedule, we’ve rounded up the television shows that got pulled from air after just one episode. While some shows did eventually air the remainder of the episodes in the can, all of these shows were scrapped from the get-go for various reasons.

Hayley Hasselhoff is making her Playboy debut!

The 28-year-old model and actress, who is the daughter of David Hasselhoff and ex-wife Pamela Bach, debuted her Playboy Germany magazine cover, making her the European magazine’s first “curve” model.

“I am deeply humbled and honoured to be the first ever curve model on a European cover of PLAYBOY @playboygermany,” Hayley wrote along with her cover on Instagram. “I am overcome with emotion around what this cover signifies for inclusivity and its greater purpose towards female empowerment. I wanted to use this platform to express that you have the power to love your body without hesitation because of societies’ standards of beauty. With @ellenvonunwerth iconic female gaze and cinematic love for showcasing a woman to her truest self, we chose to celebrate my body by shooting in this artful way.”

In her cover, Hayley is wearing nothing but a red silk robe while pressing herself up against a mirror.

Hayley continued her message by opening up about the relationship she has with her body, while adding that she hopes she can help “inspire” other women.

“My relationship with my body has always stemmed from my relationship with my mental wellbeing,” Hayley continued. “With May being Mental Heath Awareness month, I feel empowered to be able to wake up and know that I get to live unapologetically myself. I hope to inspire women to face their fears of the unknown and to lead a life of purpose in which your body does not define you.”

Hayley added, “If there is one thing I would tell my younger self it would be that you are worthy just as you are. Now, more than ever, we should be grounded in the exploration of self and feel encouraged to celebrate ourselves in ways that feel most authentic. I can only hope this cover will allow women to know that they are loved, valued and desired just as they are – right here, right now.”

Hayley concluded her message, “Thank you to the gorgeous team at playboy Germany @fboitin @kathrin.stadler.1 for going over and beyond in making me feel most included in the creativity behind this shoot. You’ve made me feel like I could take ownership of myself.”

Coachella‘s first weekend kicks off tomorrow (April 12) and we’re taking a look back at the famous music festival from 2009 – 10 years ago!

Things looked a lot different at Coachella back in 2009. The first thing that is noticeable is there were way fewer celebrities in attendance!

One major sighting at the 2009 Coachella was Reese Witherspoon with her boyfriend at the time, Jake Gyllenhaal. The pair dated from 2007-2009.

Other celebs seen at the event were Paris Hilton with Doug Reinhardt, David Hasselhoff, Travis Barker, Paul McCartney, Flavor Flav, Steve Aoki, M.I.A., and more. We’ve also included atmosphere shots to see how different things looked 10 years ago.

Clint Eastwood, son Scott Eastwood, and daughter Alison Eastwood make it a family night at the world premiere of Clint and Alison‘s new movie The Mule!

The 88-year-old Gran Torino actor, the 32-year-old Pacific Rim Uprising star, and the 46-year-old Battlecreek actress joined forces at the event held at Regency Village Theatre on Monday (December 10) in Westwood, Calif.

Clint stars in, directed, and produced the film.

They were also joined by co-stars Taissa Farmiga, Michael Pena, Andy Garcia, Dianne Wiest, Clifton Collins Jr., Manny Montana, Noel Gugliemi, Ignacio Serricchio, Loren Dean, Lobo Sebastian, Victor Rasuk, and Austin Freeman.

Clint‘s granddaughter Graylen, his girlfriend Christina Sandera, and his ex-wife Maggie Johnson were also there to show their support, along with Max Adler, Elisabeth Rohm, Alex Meneses, Steve Guttenberg, Marcia Gay Harden, Patrick Fabian, Joey Fatone, Brett Dalton, Betsy Brandt, Logan Shroyer, Kim Raver, David Hasselhoff, Hayley Roberts, and Toby Keith.

In The Mule, a 90-year-old horticulturist and WWII veteran is caught transporting $3 million worth of cocaine through Michigan for a Mexican drug cartel.

Jonathan Rhys Meyers is dapper as he hits the red carpet alongside his wife Mara Lane at the Maddox Gallery Los Angeles Grand Opening held on Thursday (October 11) in West Hollywood, Calif.

The 41-year-old actor was also joined at the event by Paris Hilton and her fiance Chris Zylka, Ed Westwick, David Hasselhoff and his daughter Taylor Ann, Jesse Metcalfe and The Hills‘ Frankie Delgado.

Petra Ecclestone and Sam Palmer hosted the event, while partygoers enjoyed an entire evening experiencing the inaugural debut of the Best of British Exhibition and works by Brit blue chip and established artists and rising stars: Dan Baldwin, Mark Evans, The Connor Brothers, Harland Miller, Banksy, Marc Quinn, Tracey Emin, Damien Hirst, David Yarrow, Russell Young, and Grayson Perry.

Paris, Petra and Chris all celebrated with an after party at sbe hotspot Doheny Room in West Hollywood following, dancing until 2am with music by Bee Fowl.

The 22-year-old actress looked pretty in a pink and orange floral-print dress as she was joined at the premiere by her co-stars Channing Tatum and Common.

David Hasselhoff and Hayley Roberts celebrate her birthday at Disneyland!

The 66-year-old former Baywatch star and his wife snapped some pics with Mickey Mouse on Wednesday (September 19) during Halloween Time at Disneyland Resort in Anaheim, Calif.

The newlyweds spent the day enjoying Disneyland and Disney California Adventure parks.

David and Hayley tied the knot back in July in Italy.

Hayley met David after approaching him for an autograph in 2011, when he asked for her phone number. They got engaged in 2016 after five years of dating.

Halloween Time at Disneyland Resort takes place through October 31.
