The 51-year-old music star and entrepreneur posted an inspirational message on Tuesday (July 7) to his Instagram – and the contents of his message have some people questioning its validity.

Sean “Diddy” Combs has officially changed his name!
“Look what I just got in the mail today… 🖤💫✨⚡️IT’S OFFICIAL!!! WELCOME TO THE LOVE ERA,” the 51-year-old entertainer captioned one photo. On another, he added, “Imma need y’all to take me seriously on this one!!! 🙏🏿 #TheLoveEra.”

All is good between 50 Cent and Diddy.
Earlier this week, Diddy was spotted holding hands with Daphne Joy while on vacation in Miami, sparking rumors that the two might be dating.
If you didn’t know, 50 Cent and Daphne dated for a while before splitting in 2012. They also share 8-year-old son Sire.
After the photos of Diddy and Daphne surfaced, 50 Cent took to his Twitter to react.
“Nah me and puff fight over business s–t,” 50 Cent tweeted. “If he like the girl, he like the girl I don’t give a f–k !”
50 Cent is currently in a relationship of his own. He has been dating model Jamira Haines for nearly two years.
Daphne dated Jason Derulo for six months back in 2016. Back in October, Diddy was spotted kissing this model!
Diddy isn’t holding back on his criticism of General Motors in an open letter on Revolt.
The 51-year-old musician and entrepreneur shared his letter on the network this week, calling out the car company, saying that they have credited themselves for supporting Black-owned businesses, but their contributions are often minuscule.
“When confronted by the leaders of several Black-owned media companies, General Motors (GM) listed my network, REVOLT, as an example of the Black-owned media it supports,” Diddy began his open letter via People. “While REVOLT does receive advertising revenue from GM, our relationship is not an example of success.”
He went on, adding that “REVOLT, just like other Black-owned media companies, fights for crumbs while GM makes billions of dollars every year from the Black community.”
