Nina Dobrev shows off her curves in a gorgeous black dress while arriving at the 2021 amfAR Cannes Gala held at Villa Eilenroc on Friday (July 16) in Cap d’Antibes, France.

The 32-year-old actress was joined by a lot of stars for the event, which helps to raise funds for life-saving research programs in the fight against AIDS.

Maria Bakalova, Orlando Bloom, Jordan Barrett, Ivy and Isabel Getty, Carine Roitfeld, and Stella Maxwell were all in attendance at the event.

Bella Thorne and fiancé Benjamin Mascolo were all loved up on the red carpet, next to Kat Graham, Rachel Brosnahan and husband Jason Ralph, as well as MJ Rodriguez, Dylan Penn, Lyna Khouri, Ellen von Unwerth and emcee Sharon Stone.

Timothee Chalamet goes bold in a graphic jacket while arriving at the Louis Vuitton Dinner at Fred L’Ecailler on Tuesday night (July 13) in Cannes, France.

The 25-year-old actor wore a green, black and white jacket with a baseball cap and blue crossbody bag to the event, alongside Maria Bakalova, Isabelle Huppert and Adele Exarchopoulos.

Siblings Dylan and Hopper Penn were also see on the red carpet for the dinner, with Isabelle Fuhrman, designer Christian Loubouin and Cannes jury members Spike Lee and Tahar Rahim.

Earlier in the day, Timothee was seen at the photo call for his new movie, The French Dispatch, alongside co-stars Tilda Swinton, Adrien Brody, Benicio Del Toro, Bill Murray, Lyna Khoudri, and director Wes Anderson.

Timothee Chalamet has lots of love for Tilda Swinton as he leans on her shoulder and holds her hand while walking the red carpet premiere of their new movie, The French Dispatch, during the 2021 Cannes Film Festival on Monday (July 12) in Cannes, France.

The two actors met up with their co-stars – Adrien Brody, Lyna Khoudri, Bill Murray, Owen Wilson, Stephen Park, Mathieu Amalric and Benicio Del Toro – as well as director Wes Anderson, and composer Alexandre Desplat on the carpet to post for cast photos.

Timothee was also seen taking a moment for some fans waiting on the sidelines.

Adrien‘s girlfriend Georgina Chapman and Tilda‘s daughter, Honor Byrne, plus Kat Graham, Iris Law, Dylan Penn, and jury members Spike Lee, Maggie Gyllenhaal, and Melanie Laurent were also seen at the premiere for the highly-anticipated movie.

Sean Penn poses with his daughter, Dylan Penn, at the photo call for Flag Day during the 2021 Cannes Film Festival on Sunday (July 11) in Cannes, France.

The father and daughter duo were joined by Katheryn Winnick, Beckam Crawford and Jadyn Rylee at the press event, as well as cinematographer Danny Moder (aka Julia Roberts‘ husband).

Following the photo call, the cast and creatives behind the new movie spoke about the movie during a press conference at the annual film festival.

Sean Penn is joined by his kids Dylan and Hopper while walking the red carpet at the 2021 Cannes Film Festival on Saturday evening (July 10) in Cannes, France.

The 60-year-old two-time Oscar-winning actor was at the festival for the premiere of his new movie Flag Day, which he stars in and directed.

Dylan and Hopper both appear in the movie as Sean‘s children while Katheryn Winnick, who was also at the premiere, plays the mother. Also in attendance at the premiere were Jadyn Rylee and Beckam Crawford, who play the younger versions of the kids.

Sean Penn waits at the valet after dining out at Nobu on Wednesday (June 17) in Malibu, Calif.

The 59-year-old actor met up with his daughter, Dylan, for a bite to eat and to catch up with the 29-year-old model.

In an appearance on The Tonight Show with Jimmy Fallon, Sean recalled his audition for Fast Times at Ridgemont High.

Jimmy had heard the story that Sean “came in for the audition, and I think you said, ‘I’m not gonna audition. I know who Spicoli is. So, if you want — if you want to see him, you have to hire me.’ Is that true?”

Sean confirmed that “it’s mostly true.”

“The way I remember it was that I — long before I had a penny in my pocket, had a kind of feeling of entitlement as an actor, not because I thought I was so good, but because I thought the rest were not so good,” he recalled. “That gave me an awful lot of confidence, and I read this part, and I just said, ‘I know this thing.’”

Sean continued that he was terrible at all his auditions: I was terrible at it and self-conscious. I thought, I need the mask of it being a job to get the music in me and go. So, I just wanted them to just give it to me, trust me, ‘Don’t they know what’s going on inside here by osmosis?’

“I auditioned, and it was terrible and flat, and I knew I wasn’t willing to hit the kind of music of this character that I thought it was and had familiarity with, too…so, they dismissed me, and I left.”
