Elizabeth Hurley has spoken out after it was revealed that her 19-year-old son Damian has been cut out of his late father’s fortune.

For those who don’t know, Damian is Elizabeth‘s son with her ex-boyfriend Steve Bing, who tragically died by suicide last summer.

Steve had two children out of wedlock and he didn’t have a relationship with either of them until the weeks leading up to his death. His father tried to cut both of the children out of the family’s fortune, but Steve blocked that action from happening.

Following Steve‘s death, his father went back to court to appeal the decision and he successfully disinherited the two children.

Damian‘s share of the family trust could have been $250 million, according to the Daily Mail.

Elizabeth Hurley is setting the record straight!

The 55-year-old actress spoke out on social media on Sunday (March 28) amid speculation that she would be starring in a reality TV show alongside her 18-year-old son Damian.

The Daily Mail and The Sun reported via a source that Elizabeth was interested in making an “at home in the country” style series.

“Although Liz is very glam, she’s also determined to show people how hardy she is,” the source claimed. “She’s great at DIY and she loves gardening.”

Elizabeth addressed the rumors on Instagram, posting a photo of herself nude sitting on top of some haystacks with the caption, “Abzuuuurd stories in our illustrious press today. Hear it from the horse’s mouth, my son @damianhurley1 and I are most definitely NOT planning to shoot a ‘Waltons- style reality TV show’ at home.”

“I mean!! Whoever the ‘friend’ (or bored journalist) is, who’s leaking these fictional tidbits, you are ridiculous,” she added.

While Elizabeth may not be making a reality show anytime soon, she was just offered a role from one of her famous exes!

“How could I resist?” she originally captioned the photos, which scored over 30,000 likes a day before (January 25).

As it turns out, the photographer is none other than…her mother, Angela!

“Far be it for me to suggest the tabloids get their facts muddled, but these pics were in fact taken by my 80 year old mother. Not entirely sure if that puts minds at rest or not,” she wrote.

The 55-year old actress and model posted a photo on Sunday (January 17) of her holding up two homemade jars of marmalade.

Elizabeth captioned the pic, “Lockdown has turned me into a demented housewife: 47 jars of marmalade are nestling in my larder and another sack of Seville oranges await me.”

Her ex Hugh Grant retweeted the post with his own caption, “Paddington 3,” in reference to the character’s love of marmalade. Hugh starred in 2017′s Paddington 2 as villain Phoenix Buchanan.

Elizabeth and Hugh dated in the 1990s and have remained close after their breakup in 2000.

She told The Times, “I have certain friends and family who make me howl with mirth: my sister, my son and my ex, Hugh, being the chief culprits.”

Elizabeth Hurley is mourning the loss of her ex Steve Bing after he died by suicide at the age of 55.

“I am saddened beyond belief that my ex Steve is no longer with us. It is a terrible end. Our time together was very happy and I’m posting these pictures because although we went through some tough times, it’s the good, wonderful memories of a sweet, kind man that matter,” Elizabeth wrote on her Instagram account, sharing happy photos of her and Steve. “In the past year we had become close again. We last spoke on our son’s 18th birthday. This is devastating news and I thank everyone for their lovely message.”

Steve Bing, a former screenwriter and film financier, had died at the age of 55 after jumping to his death from his L.A. apartment building.

TMZ reports that Bing jumped from the 27th floor of a luxury apartment building in the Century City neighborhood of Los Angeles.

Bing went to Hollywood after inheriting $600 million from his grandfather and he wrote the 2003 movie Kangaroo Jack. He also invested nearly $100 million into the box office flop The Polar Express.

Back in 2001, Steve was in a relationship with Elizabeth Hurley and they had a son together named Damian, who is now 18. They reportedly have not had much of a relationship over the years. Bing also has a daughter with former pro tennis player Lisa Bonder.

Years ago, Bing committed to the “Giving Pledge,” in which wealthy people commit to giving away the majority of their fortune to charity.
