Elyes Gabel is under arrest.
The 38-year-old actor, who starred in Scorpion and Game of Thrones, allegedly violently attacked his girlfriend, police told TMZ.
His girlfriend told police that she and the actor got into a verbal argument last week after he returned to their hotel room at the Bowery Hotel at around 3 a.m. after a night of drinking when things turned physical.

Katharine took to Instagram to shade the show’s producer Scooter Braun for calling up Elyes on his birthday, but not hers.
“When your producer @scooterbraun FaceTimes your costar @elyesgabel on his birthday but doesn’t on yours…. I’m smiling. But I’ll remember Scoot. I’ll remember. �”,” she captioned the below photo.

Despite splitting up over the summer, Katharine and Elyes have remained friendly.
Back in August, the co-stars hung out and caught an Adele concert together.

“Kat and Elyes broke up last month,” sources tell Just Jared. “It was an amicable split. They’re still friends and work together almost everyday. They still love each other but just couldn’t make things work.”

The 32-year-old actress and singer and Elyes, 33, currently star together on CBS’ drama Scorpion. The pair were first linked about two years ago, when they were seen kissing on set.
