Gabourey Sidibe takes the lead during a tricycle race with Harry Connick Jr. for an episode of his talk show Harry, airing on Tuesday (September 27).

The 33-year-old Empire actress opened up about how she never learned to ride a bike.

“It’s my parents, they didn’t love me enough to teach me,” Gabby joked. “I got a bicycle with wheels on them but the same week my brother lost his bike so they took off the training wheels on them so he could ride it but never put them back on so I could learn.”

Gabby did say she can ride a tricycle though, so Harry decided to have some fun by racing each other down a NYC street. Watch below!

Terrence Howard and Mira Pak are greeted by Taraji P. Henson on the red carpet at Empire’s For Your Consideration Event on Friday (May 20) at the Zanuck Theater in Los Angeles.

The 47-year-old actor and his on-again love revealed that they are expecting their second child together and Taraji looked very excited to see the baby bump!

Terrence and Mira, who married in 2013 and split in July before reconciling, have a one-year-old son named Qirin and he also has three children from a previous marriage.

Other stars at the event included Jussie Smollett, newlyweds Trai Byers and Grace Gealey, Serayah, Gabourey Sidibe, Bryshere Gray, and Ta’Rhonda Jones.

Serayah arrives at the Vogue, Covergirl and Fox Celebrate ‘Empire’ event on Monday night (March 21) at Omar’s La Ranita in New York City.

The 20-year-old actress was joined by her co-star Gabourey Sidibe and model Devon Windsor at the event celebrating the launch of Covergirl’s new products inspired by four Empire characters.

Serayah commemorated the launch with a photo on Instagram, writing, “Such a dream come true, the little girl came out in me last night. Thank you so much.”

Gabourey Sidibe arrives at the Difficult People panel during 2016 PaleyFest Los Angeles on Friday (March 18) at the Dolby Theatre in Hollywood.

The 32-year-old actress was joined by her 37-year-old co-star Billy Eichner at the event.

The stars discussed the show’s first season and attempted to describe season two in three words.

“For the first word, I would say ‘raunchy,’ and for the second two words, I would say, ‘it’s me,’” Gabourey said backstage.

The cast of Empire arrives at their 2016 PaleyFest panel held at the Dolby Theater on Friday evening (March 11) in Hollywood.

In attendance at the event were cast members Terrence Howard, Jussie Smollett, Bryshere ‘Yazz’ Gray, Trai Byers, Kaitlin Doubleday, Grace Gealey, Gabourey Sidibe, Serayah McNeill, and Ta’Rhonda Jones, as well as co-creator Lee Daniels, executive producers Ilene Chaiken, Brian Grazer, and Sanaa Hamri, and moderator Kevin Frazier.

During the panel, the cast was asked about their dream guest stars, which included Adele and Kendrick Lamar, and Gabourey kept whispering “Beyoncé” into her mic, EW reports.
