Marvel's 'Ghost Rider' Starring Gabriel Luna Not Moving Forward at Hulu

Marvel’s Ghost Rider, which was set to star Gabriel Luna, is not moving forward at Hulu.

Sources tell Variety that the reason that the show will not move forward is due to “creative impasse.”

Gabriel previously played Ghost Rider in Agents of S.H.I.E.L.D and was set to reprise the role in this series. The character has been described as “consumed by hellfire and supernaturally bound to a demon. He lives on the Texas/Mexico border and when he unleashes the Rider, Robbie brings vengeance for the innocents he encounters, but struggles to control the power he wields.”

Marvel fans do have a few things to look forward to, however!

Arnold Schwarzenegger Says Donald Trump Is 'In Love' With Him: 'He Wants to Be Me'

Arnold Schwarzenegger and Gabriel Luna are on the cover of Men’s Health‘s October 2019 issue, out now.

Here’s what the 72-year-old former Governor of California had to say…

On Donald Trump’s public ridicule of his low-rated stint as the replacement host of NBC’s Celebrity Apprentice: “He’s in love with me. That’s the reality of it. With Trump, he wants to be me…I don’t think he fears me. But I remember that in the old days, when we went to the wrestling matches, the way he admired people with bodies, and the way they would jump around in the ring, and to perform physical stunts and stuff like that – he had great admiration for that. He asked me, How do you do that, with the movies? I mean, it’s so believable. He drilled down to specific questions that fascinated him. It was about How do you sell something? Like, a scene. How do you go and act out a scene so that I get affected emotionally? He was fascinated by that. How do you do this when you do interviews – that you penetrate through it and you then are totally believable?”

On what governorship taught him about himself: “I always complain about Trump not being able to shift from Trump to president. Well, the reason why I say this is because I saw that with myself, that I was not able to shift from Arnold to governor. I was still stuck as Arnold. Arnold always gets things done. I forced my way in there, then I do it and do it and do it and do it, until it gets done. And I felt the same thing I can do with politics. But I learned quickly that that’s really not the way it works. You got to be able to bring people together. It takes much more time, much more effort, but that’s just the way it is. If you don’t like that, don’t get into politics.”

On how the Terminator won people over: “People really admired the character, because he was able to do things they all wanted to do. Everyone wants to wipe out the police station – because it was not a human being doing it, it was the machine doing it.”

Linda Hamilton Kicks Ass as Sarah Connor in New 'Terminator: Dark Fate' Trailer!

The upcoming movie Terminator: Dark Fate has a brand new trailer and it features Linda Hamilton back in action as her iconic character Sarah Connor!

James Cameron is also back with the franchise as a producer on the project and he opened up about rebooting the franchise with Linda.

“We spent several weeks breaking story and figuring out what type of story we wanted to tell so we would have something to pitch Linda,” he told Deadline. “We rolled up our sleeves and started to break out the story and when we got a handle on something we looked at it as a three-film arc, so there is a greater story there to be told. If we get fortunate enough to make some money with Dark Fate we know exactly where we can go with the subsequent films.”

Arnold Schwarzenegger also returns to the franchise alongside newcomers Mackenzie Davis, Natalia Reyes, Gabriel Luna, and Diego Boneta. The film will be released in theaters on November 1.

Arnold Schwarzenegger & Linda Hamilton Bring Exciting 'Terminator: Dark Fate' Casting News to Comic-Con 2019!

Arnold Schwarzenegger and Linda Hamilton appear at the Terminator: Dark Fate panel at Hall H on Thursday (July 18) at Comic-Con 2019 in San Diego, Calif.

James Cameron, the series creator and producer, kicked off the event via video chat from the set of the Avatar sequels to reveal that Edward Furlong, who played John Connor in Terminator 2: Judgment Day, will be back as the character for the first time in nearly three decades.

Director Tim Miller confirmed Dark Fate will be R-rated, and will follow directly after 1991′s Terminator 2: Judgment Day and ignore further sequels.

More cast members in attendance included Mackenzie Davis, Diego Boneta, Natalia Reyes, and Gabriel Luna.

The panel also featured an extended scene teaser with a Terminator (Luna) hunting down a young woman named Dani under the protection of an enhanced human from the future named Grace. Sarah Connor saves the day at the last minute, according to THR.

There was also a revelation in the footage that Arnold‘s T-800 goes by the name “Carl” in the movie.
